I found that this boss 2nd phase is much more manageable if you camp on the left/right most side of the stage. You can block his attacks without being moved further - more time to hit him. And his attacks become more predictable now that you're not moving anywhere.

Pareciera que ni te esfuerzas, esta fase la superé con veredicto, aunque mi esquiva de alguna manera pareciera traicionarme por momentos y eso me decepcionó blasphemous ll.

This game is worth playing with Spanish dub
