Lamar came into the league throwing well and progressing like any other quarterback. Bill Polian labeled Lamar as a running back (personal attack) coming out of college and the media ran with it. Shameful!!!

Ismail doesn't know what he's talking about... when flacco got hurt and lamar came in Greg Roman was NOT the OC mornhinweg was (pocket passing OC) and he went 6-1 under him. Lamar can be successful in any offense... watch his college tape, he was the only qb coming in that ran a pro style offense but no one wants to acknowledge that lol
Morninwheg was the OC, but Greg was on staff and at that point when Lamar took over Greg essentially was calling plays even tho Marty had the OC title.
Plus Lamar was a rookie and still pretty raw, so the read option and RPO stuff helped ease his way into the nfl
Lamar’s play to Likely in last years game against the chargers was on the same level as Sundays play
This was Lamar’s best shootout victory since the “toilet bowl” on MNF against Baker and the Browns in their playoff year 🏈✌️💜🖤

Have you listened to anything the media says about him or the standard he is held to relative to his peers. Somehow Mahomes is the best qb in the league when he has as many interceptions as TDs this season yet they still doubt Lamar’s ability as a passer.
I’m admittedly a Bengal fan and we’re so hurting right now. It’s hard to listen to whining cuz your MVP quarterback isn’t getting his flowers. Rejoice!

Not enough. No one is killing burrow for not being able to take his team 35 yards for a game winning fg with 1:40 left and all three time outs. Gardner minshew did it in Baltimore. If that was Lamar he would’ve gotten destroyed. Think of it this way they were killing Lamar for missing a throw to zay at the end of the chiefs game even though on the next play he nailed Isaiah likely for what was at first a game tying or winning td.

Joe burrow played against the ravens defense and Lamar played against the 31st defense. He literally passed to open targets all day. I understand Joe burrow threw the pick but can we be objective the bengals do a poor job of drafting and retaining defensive talent.

Lamar and Burrow matched each other practically play by play. The bad hold and the idiotic decision by the Bengals' OC to go conservative at the end is what sunk him. If Lamar is #1, then Burrow is right on his heels.

Joe Burrow had an hell of a game. I hate that we always have to compare these guys. Everyone is different for a reason. Matter of fact Joe lowkey been balling. Lamar is my favorite player so I’m use to fighting for him but this shows me how finicky the media is.
