TODD SHOULD BE RAVENS NEXT HEADCOACH. I personally would like him to stay. Not ready for another dismantled on our coaches
The Ravens don't need a WR with Adam's salary. We are already going to have difficulty re-signing some of our core players. Why bring in a costly receiver, if it would only cause us to have to let go of another core player down the road? D-Hop or Sutton make more sense. However, the best way to improve our offense is to upgrade the RG position. Faalele is just not good enough. That being said, I think the best way to improve the TEAM is to upgrade the Safety position. We are currently #1 in team offense (1st in rushing and 9th in passing), but we are 19th in team defense (1st in rushing and 31st! in passing). Eddie Jackson and Marcus Williams probably won't be here next year anyway, so why not get a replacement this year, if possible?

I wouldn’t mind having him for this year and then letting him go after the season if that is possible. I just want the Ravens to win Super Bowl this year.
Cool that you got Mark Clayton on, always thought he was a good receiver without a good QB. McNair was alright but ran out of gas. Had he played a few years with Joe, we’d remember him differently. Just an opinion
Monken won’t go to the Jets. Maybe a different team but really I think he could stay at least one more and get a better offer

People always ask why the Ravens coordinators get poached and not the 49ers or Chiefs. It’s because the head coaches for those teams carry their coordinators. The coordinators in Baltimore carry Harbaugh

Harbaugh hires his coaches and lets them to their job. Don’t we all want to work for guys like that? Monken is in charge of the offense and Harbaugh lets him run the offense. I’m sure Harbaugh game plans with the coaching staff but once the plan is set, he doesn’t micromanage his coaches. Give the guy credit. There is a faction within the Ravens Flock that won’t rest until it runs Harbaugh out of town. Perhaps you are part of that. Thankfully, Steve Bisciotti is not.
McDaniel, Saleh, and Demeco Ryans are all former 49er coordinators.

On paper and looking at the talent, we are. It’s the staff changes and going from Mac’s version of the Pees defense is harder for Orr because he only played under Pees. Mac coached under Pees his first stint with us, and hence why he was able to evolve the Pees defense into what it was last year.
@@AlanBaltimoreBirds I'm lukewarm on the Pees signing because I remember the frustrations from the last few years under him. Hopefully it pays off
@@EXISTENTIALization I’m also a bit pessimistic about him, because I also remember the collapses from 2015-2017. Prevent as soon as we hit a ten point lead, leading to lots of, other than him, faultless losses where even Flacco had done enough.

Dont think so. He is a coordinator, displays nothing I would want in a HC, too much in the booth. If he was on the field calling plays and apart of the sideline and having real interaction, then yeah sure.
