It's lovely, but way too much unless you want to run a business of some sort - meetings, school/lectures, hotel, B&B, rental rooms, etc....a shame because I love that tapestry room & all that panelling is beautiful. Great potential for an enterprising soul !
This is indeed a property that is most suited to be a business than a family home. It is currently run as a boutique hotel 😉 And we have to agree, the tapestry room is one of the most beautiful we have seen recently. Truly stunning!

OK so my first comment is that Bedroom 10 is/proposed for use by a person with "DISABILITIES" NOT "DISABLEMENT". Secondly it would have to be gutted to properly aid a disabled person. Without going into too much detail the toilet is in no way high enough and has no support bars. The shower is hardly for somebody with disabilities, you can't throw a chair in it and call it suitable. I doubt any self respecting hotel inspector would pass this hotel as such. No public areas large enough for wheelchairs to pass through, no level internal external route with a disabled platform to lead into the gardens.
This place is very dated and needs full modernisation including the kitchen which quite frankly is an abomination for a Professional kitchen.
On these comments alone I would expect an immediate reduction in price if at least €2m
