I could see myself living here and renovating and adding to the gardens.
I am in love with this place- I really like that it has not been "updated" with every room and all woodwork painted white. Wonder if the current owner would sell the most/all the furnishings. I would take it exactly as it is- minus all the dead animal heads- those creep me out. Will be going to see this one for sure, and the year-round weather looks to be awesome.

Anything in Pyrénées southern France close to Catalan,Basque country Spain can't go wrong and even not far from Lyon and south of Suisse. This Château is manifique and the land size of mini Disney..😂. Honestly it's a damp good price for anyone who wants to own it. You can't have this sort of deal anywhere else with such grand style property. Seeing in videos is different from the actual site viewing. I hope it's genuine detail. It's too big for some people. Incredible!! While the possibility is endless but one must have an endless bank account to do all the renovations, taxes and manpower to upkeep etc.
it's only feasible if the france republic gives the 21century lords and ladies and their own attaches lifetime residency rights to that part of france.

the location is very good but the question remains if that building outside has the allure of a chateau. For me the outside is not bad but it is so massive monotonous that it looses flair. the price is the price but I would compare with what all I can get for 1.25 mio.
Hi, I am a constant watcher of your videos. I have a dream House in my minds eye you may think its funny but I dont. Im serious. I am waiting for a Graystone massonry House With 8 bedrooms 6 upstairs 2 guest rooms on the main floor. the interior walls are the same as the exterior walls no ugly chalk interior boards ,bay french windows so theress window seats on the interior. The first part of the main floor is a big open concept are the front door is tall with a big arched wooden door you walk into a foyer with a bench on each side and a door that leads to a walk in closet on both sides. You enter the main house by way of a big wooden arched double door which opens from the center and has glass panes. when you get inside your walking into an open round space to your left is the dining area with a big graystone fire place with a bay window on each side. a door leads to a guest room straight away you find a stair case to the upper floor a ways down center is the main bathroom just under the staircase back to the center and to the right you have a door leads to another guest room,the living room with yet another big graystone fireplace with a bay window on each side in front of the fire place and closer to center is a graystone wetbar with bard stools and plenty of room for a baby grand piano there is a small door there on the floor that takes you on a staircase walk to a small wine cellar.. Back to the dining room there is another arched entry way to a small parlour and from ther is a walk in pantry and the kitchen a large and long kitchen with a brick oven in the stone wall and plenty of space for a u shaped kitchen island to the left you have a counter where there is a double sink and a smaller french window to the right you have space for a resteraunt style booth and another small french window to the right of that is an earched wooden doorway to the right you have more cabinet and another french window there is to the right of that a room another arched entrance which is used for a laundry room and has a laundry chute . back out and a quick left takes you into a short hallway and back into the living room and the wet bar . Upstairs are all the remaining bedroom suites 6 of them each have a bathroom there are 3 hallways the center of the 2nd floor is open concept as well big enough for an exercise area and possibly a large wall tv and a sofa there is also a wet bar equipped with a small kitcenette and there is a w/c There are stairs the lead to a loft with sky light windows its perfect for a painting studio and has another w/c and one fire place . The stones are a combination of dark gray medium gary and light gray the stones are big and square and from a distance they make the walls look cadet blue. The roof is a pale green it may have round tower like structures attached with the house one smaller than the other or both the same size it has a matching garage or possible giht its on sturdy stable ground very nice soil great for planting gardens and growing fruit trees. its not far from a coastline but its not far from a mountain range either.each bedroom has a fireplace arched entry ways alcoves . It can be anywhere from Barcelona to Lyon or swerving to the right passed bern through stuttgaart swerving up to westside of Berlin if im correct into the chek Republic. Id prefer it between mountain and sea but if i must give up one its fine This IS my dream home.I know it exits somewhere.
asking price for something that is NOT renovated. is um.......not competitive in the eyes of millennial bougie buyers. and i qualify for each of those 3 preceding terms.
