I remember back in 1978 George Clinton in a local Washington DC radio interview mentioning Caesar as the voice of two cartoon promos; unless George Clinton was wrong. - Funkentelecy/Placebo Syndrome - Motor Booty Affair Caesar has done numerous voice overs, the P-Funk addition was one of many.
