Dennis Wolfberg was one of the most intelligent and hilarious stand up comedians most people have never heard of. Cancer took him at the peak of his career. One of my all time favorites!! Continue to Rest In Peace, 👑🙏😇
Listening to Patrice O'Neal name Dennis Wolfberg as his favorite working comedian that he ever saw live in person on "Patrice O'Neal on O&A #71 - Asleep At The Wheel" brought me here.
It really is true...."to each their own".. No reason to apologize. .I can't imagine anyone not finding Dennis a scream. The funniest comedian I have ever seen.
I had the, antidote, hahhahahahahahaha...this guys delivery and his writing were brilliant.....amazingly funny...you laugh so hard that its literally hard to laugh all through his performance because your jaw hurts......may God bless him
I said Jewish, not Blueish!! He is really great and I use to live in Culver City and I rememer my favorite resturant had his autographed photo on the wall. Im thinking the reason is not more popular now is their is so little of his work recorded. This is his one specal. Other than this is was guests on other shows. compare that to Bill Hicks who also died in 1994 but had 3 specials and he recorded himself with a digital tape recorder which become comedy albulms after his death.
wow, you performed on the same stage as Dennis.. please tell the story and what your career has held for you.. i was going to be a stand up, but turned to the pulpit instead.
Yeah ... you gotta love the tolerance we have in this country. While I loved Wolfberg, I found nothing at all wrong with Quimby comment. He or she are entitled to their own opinions here.
i agree as an old stand up, it is timing and delivery not so much material.. he is someone to study.. his shtick is precise..watch B. Regan and Gaffigan, they have patterened after a version of his shtick..
I'm sorry guys but I just don't see anything funny here, and I have a great respect for stand up, I didn't know this fellow was dead but his "smurf" comment put a smile on my face. I really didn't think Dennis wasn't all that funny, Sorry.
Absolutely without question Dennis will always be one of the best stand up comics to have walked the face of this planet. He was brilliant.
Amen! He was a comedic genius with delivery and timing second to none.

Dennis Wolfberg is so missed. I am not sure that anyone has come along as funny as he was. He was taken away from us way too soon.
The first time i saw him, i laughed so hard and so much that i missed half of his act.
Brilliant humor with unique delivery.
I remember seeing this back in the early '90's. He was so funny. I laughed so hard the first time and laughing a lot now. So sad he died.
The funniest comedian of all time, I sit here with tears in my eyes from laughing so hard.
We miss you Dennis...
His writing, timing, and presentation were exquisite. Grade AAA+++
I'm still in mourning since the deaths of Dennis Wolfberg and Bill Hicks.

He was an influence to my short lived stand up career. Him and Mitch Hedberg have to be selling out in the Heavens.
