Thank you for watching. Please let me know what you found easy and what you found hard about this lesson. PATRONS & VIPS: I have put a link to the lesson notes in the youtube community feed and on the Patreon wall.
hiiiii, i’m romanian❤️ i was born in Romania but now i’m living in England, your videos help me a lot, i'll go to school here, i’m afraid what people will think about me, but i hope to make friends 🤪 good look in the future💜 England is so beautiful
this video is useful for non english speakers who work in an english speaking environment; especially for young doctoral candidates. Of course, Maths has more complex numbers than these few introduced in this video (e.g. power numbers, root numbers, or the famous PI number, and manymore) but it's a good starter.
Thank you for this video, Anna. I found it very easy and I do not find anything hard about this lesson. Really, it has helped my confidence with numbers. Please, add us other lessons in order to improve our learning of this beautiful language. Again, thank you very much . Bye for now!
This is very useful for test preparation.Learning about fractions, percentage and pie all stuffs are very helpful. Please continue for making such video.
Madam, if you start a lesson about to read a passage who british people link each word to read that's gonna be more helpful for us to understand more clear british english. Thank you for this lesson it really helps us to confident about numbers pronunciation. Like this uncommon topic we need....More and more. I learned from here 1 half but 2 halves ..... Thank you so much mam, have a great day
Hi there, your voice quality is good and the way of presentation is indeed endearing. You're supposed to come even better prepared if you really want to draw more and more viewership. Best
thank you so much Anna this video is so useful to me because i work as a mathematics teacher and i teach the mathematics in my native language but i plan to teach math in English in the nearest future , Excuse me Anna i need another video about the difference between tens , tenth and tenths in pronunciation and the same problem with hundreds , hundredth and hundredths
Thank you Anna. Absolutely helpful, thank you! One question: in decimals we can't use "O" for referring to the number 0, can we? We can use it for phone number only, right?
@@EnglishLikeANative You're most welcome! What I said would obviously be admitted by all the regular followers of your channel as well. You always do your best for us!
Loved this lesson, it was so helpful. I have a question: have you ever posted a video about the number zero and its pronunciations? I mean, in football when the score is 2-0 people say two nil, not zero. Sorry if you already have, but I’m a recent subscriber
Thank you so much for your British english lessons. It helps me alot, in pronunciation and teaching career. May God bless your family. Praying for your nation
If we say a number like 1.25, in Spanish, would be one hundred and twenty-five hundredths. Or at least that's the correct way of saying them, though we usually say, just like in English, one point (or comma) twenty-five.
Thank you for watching. Please let me know what you found easy and what you found hard about this lesson.

CORRECTION: In the video I say 1/4 is one fourth (which is correct) but I wanted to tell you that we often call it A QUARTER. Silly me.

My achilles' heel is four-digit (or more) numbers pronunciation; especially because of the difference between British and American English.
From 1,000,000,000 upwards, pronunciations between American and British English get very confusing.
Thanks a lot Anna and keep going
