Do you ever feel like a fraud? Like you're walking around, just waiting for someone to "find you out." Like a fake, feeling like an imposter living in your own body. This my friend, is called the imposter syndrome.
And needless to say, you are not alone :)
Turns out according to The Medical News Today, that there are 5 "imposter syndrome" types, and about 70% of people show signs of having this at one time or another.
In this video, we will walk through the 5 types of imposter syndrome and help you test and understand what may be standing in YOUR way of achieving your dreams and becoming the person you were meant to be!

I’ve struggled with feeling like an imposter since I was in grammar school. Then I learned about it on UA-cam sometime in high school. Now I’m in college* and you just taught me that there are subcategories to it.
I’ve found myself in all 5 types at least once between grammar school and now, but I mostly identify with being a “natural perfectionist”
Oooooo girl!!! Yessss, I so hear you... look at you already identifying and discovering more about yourself! 😍😍 I’ve definitely found myself in each of these types too at one point or another. There are so many benefits in being naturally talented AND in seeking excellence... but too much of something - even a good thing - used in the wrong way, can actually end up being bad for us. So the question is how do embrace your natural talents AND desire for excellence WITHOUT it becoming your identity... my next video coming out this weeks explains some tips that I’ve done for myself because girl, I sooo hear you! But this is something we absolutely can overcome! 😍😍

I'm the expert... I always feel like if I didn't know something someone else knew that I'm an idiot and so far behind them. it sucks, especially in school, because I always feel like I'm the dumbest person in the room and i'm just waiting for my professor to lecture/critique me about it.
