The house is beautiful….but not a big fan of the rangehood in the kitchen or all the black countertops in the house. The tiling in the primary bath is too severe….a tile with less contrast and a bit more uniform would have looked softer and calmer. I would have chosen soft grey and white marble and gone lighter on the bench tops.
Yeah I didn’t like the kitchen at all and the house was a little too cold for me, too modern, I love the farmhouse look and I just don’t think you should take from that with this modern look, I wasn’t wowed but it’s beautiful
The exterior home was beautiful and layout but to say you wowed me in the kitchen I hate that black and gold vent and stove, shelves no I prefer cabinets love the white cabinets I prefer white netural colors. I do not like gold period. The kitchen was a no sale to me personally.

Love everything but that awful black and white tile around the pool. Makes it look like a garage or race track or something….not elegant like the rest of the home at all. Rip it out and replace it! Also the primary bathroom looks a bit dark and cheap with the flooring.
