Tried this last weekend and it’s sooo True! Went through the entire house smiling and waving at people, memorizing where the ones I like were, then stopped in the kitchen, had a snack and went back to the people I liked to have a chat!
For family reunions I recommend stopping by the kitchen/bbq at this point to have a second snack, talk to a few of the people you dislike during that break, but end it with a trip to the bathroom so they have to let you go! After that, one more chat with someone you like, and you can leave without seeming in a rush, or rude!

I also get tired and grumpy when I am in a museum too long, just the slow walking and navigating around people does me in. I like the idea of a quick tour then a break and then going back. Alternatively, buy the yearly ticket if the museum is local and then just pop in for one room or for 45 minutes. You can really fall in love with a museum doing it this way.

Yes I like that plan Sarah! Where you can just "pop in" and visit one room or one curatorial department for 45 minutes or an hour.

I think you forgot Step #1: Take off your sunglasses before entering the dimly lit museum.

Hi Leto, nice to meet you! I wish to explore the Louvre like this some day, too. That would be lots of fun. So much great art is there.

Hey Nick! Great video. I had that "overwhelmed, VERY tired" experience recently at the Louvre in Paris. But I did take a cool pic for you of "Dancing with the tutlets". I'll try to get it sent to you. Great advice.

Nice video! When visiting another city or country, every educated person must visit a museum. Visiting museums is very useful and fascinating. A love for the "eternal" and "beautiful" is awakened in a person, the beginnings of greatness and respect for history are inculcated. It is impossible to turn the excursion into something banal, ordinary and boring. The person should be a comprehensively developed person, cultured, educated, critically and analytically thinking, with knowledge of foreign languages. It is the knowledge of a foreign language that opens wide prospects for a person to realize his/her creative potential, career and financial growth. I would like to recommend the practical training course by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language", where you can find lots of useful information how to learn a foreign language quickly. Learn a foreign language and realize your creative potential on an international scale! The international community needs creative ideas! Thanks to the author of the channel for a very fascinating tour!
