Beautifully done. Just an FYI in case you decide to build another, as well as general information for everyone else. Academy provided the wrong color for the top of the fuselage. The correct color should be FS 35237, not 36320.

Gryphon Arms USA not least the kit, kinda helps I find. I have seen this for sale on eBay quite frequently at very affordable prices, even with exchange rates if buying from an international seller I am sure you will find one at a great price, happy modelling.
The details on this kit is awesome. Questions: 1) did you need to use putty? 2) why not dry-brushing the instrument panels? 3) post shading after the wash? I love watching you build these masterpieces!
Just amazing work here! And seeing all the details on the models itself, you cannot get any better for this price! Cartograf.... :) I cannot decide between this and Trumpeter Mi 24v in 1:35. Maybe I get both.
Mr.Cement SP black is very similar glue regarding the strength and drying time as a regular SP glue but the joint is visible for sanding, you can inspect the joints easier. I don’t work for Mr.Hobby but this is my guess. All the best! Dusan.

Of course you can. Especially this cammo. Just apply thin layers of paint and always wait for the paint to dry before the next one. Use flat paint brush (for oil painting - synthetic!) Try it on glossy cardboard before applying to check paint consistency. All the best! Dusan

Do you wash your parts in soap and warm water before working on them? I’ve read that it was important to do that since there is still a light film of oil still on the parts.
Academy on completely new level! Amazing build Dusan! For metal finish I recommend AK Extreme metall paints. Much easier to use as Alclad and fantastic finish. Question. Why black glue?
Is this a scaled up version of the KittyHawk model? The KittyHawk model was very well modeled and designed and I really wished they had done it in a large scale instead of 1.48.

From the side you look, it seems there is nothing complicated, but how you begin to do it yourself always fails. Excellent video will learn to collect models.
Incredibly well engineered kit by Academy, stunning build by your hand! Wish they'd come out with more modern upgraded helo kits in 1/72. Not sure about the black tinted solvent glue you used only on the bottom of the vert stab, what is the thinking behind the color? As usual, a beautiful job, Dusan. Thanks!
Brian thank you! I have only tested the Mr.Cement SP black. Similar strength as regular, but the joint is visible for sanding. This kit was intended and started as a 72nd scale release but obviously it was upscaled during the development period. Maby in the future there will be a 72nd scale offerings. All the best! Dusan.
Just got this kit. My short review: it’s very basic. No crews, this compound the problem that the seats do not have belts. No engines. The front fan face are totally wrong. Not a big problem since you can barely see them once the intakes are in place. If that bothers you that much, try to get the old MPC AH-1W engines and graft them onto this kit. The Gatling gun is very anemic. I mean no slide mold=WTF!!!! Get aftermarket if it bothers you. Good. Great cockpit despite seats. Great details. Parts breakdown ensure various versions. Great weapons outfit. Rotor assembly easy.
Forgive me I haven't built a plastic model in over 30 years. What is the purpose of the black tinted glue? Different viscosity? Holding power? Dry time?

Great kit, all the parts seem to snap into place right away and the pre-cut masking tape pieces are a nice touch.
