I love the judges pick. His style is really interesting and unique and I want to see more. All the artists’s work was fantastic though.

I find it odd, that most of the artists are starting with a green ground. What are the odds of that?
A cool green ground often does wonders for when you put warm flesh tones down on top. For a landscape you can do the opposite, a nice warm ground with green on top.

If I eat a biscuit in bed, why do I always feel a crumb by my foot? And Why do I always think somebody else should’ve won the portrait rounds on this program.

The show is called PORTRAIT artist of the year, not CARTOON artist of the year.
Another utterly abysmal choice by the judges.
