    I tried my own diet good for weight loss and it was much similar to hers... and i guaranteed lost weight with it everytime...also this isn't like those diet plans where u just regain everything back when u go off it....it makes u more mindful of what u r eating... the one other thing I did with eggs was to make a pasta out of it...i would put green vegetables and eggs and cheese salt pepper in baking tray and make a whole tray and cut square portions for one day breakfast....it just made things easy and efficient

    VERY TRUE..INFACT I HAD ALSO LOST WEIGHT WITH DEIT.. I LOST .14 KG ... IN LAST 3MONTHS..

    From last 30 days all my fat is gone with this diet I eat only Jawar ki Roti with Lunch and dinner with Chakni and yogurt or Boiled Beans and khajoor + black channa as snacks and fruits whenever I felt Hunger

      Wth? It's a healthy balanced diet, u can lose weight with this, if u workout regularly and take care of your portion, starving yourself will only make u lose weight for a short period of time and then u will gain weight even with eating lesser than a kid, your body needs fuel to function, i am so done with how people are hating on this video without knowing anything 🤦

      To lose weight u have to eat the right food....we choose to eat large quantity of unhealthy foods ......if ppl would just search the calories they eat in one day ..they will be shocked...and then there is a meal plan lik3 this one...where u eat healthy stuff in control amount and less oil or no oil...and u can have delicious meal and still lose weight
