I think North Carolina beats Minnesota on the road

11-1, soft schedule, HOF and National Championship winning coach. There is no excuse for the Heels not to be REALLY good. Loss at FSU….rematch in ACCCG!

I think Unc could very easily go 11-1 or maybe even 12-0... but it's UNC football so they prolly drop 2-3 games against inferior competition. But not wake forest.

idt unc loses week 1. that qb they just got aint max johnson. he played some good snaps when wiegman got hurt last season. this year he will break out
I guess I'm a little lower on them. I think a couple unexpected upsets drop them a little bit. I've got them at 6-6 (3-5) losses to Minnesota, Duke, Pitt, Virginia, Florida State, and Boston College.
I could be way off, but I do think they lose a couple games you'd think they wouldn't

Max, all due respect, beaten out at 2 different places, no way he's starter, and should be alarm if he is. Connor was there last yr as 2nd QB, no need to bring in a 3rd QB. Now, Connor is #1 QB, Max is 2nd, and they felt the need to bring in Jacolby. Only makes sense if Max is battling for 2nd on the depth chart. That being said, 9-3 maybe 10-2 with a rare bowl win

I disagree about Minnesota. They have a NHU QB transfer. This is a huge level up from that. NHU lost to Pitt in 2021 7-77..
9-3 (5-3 ACC), Losses: @Virginia 40-37, @Florida State 38-31, ( UPSET ALERT 🚨) and @Boston College 28-27. Close Wins: vs James Madison 42-35, @Duke 45-31, vs Georgia Tech 38-33, vs NC State 44-30.
JMU gets overlooked and with a bye week giving 2 weeks and two tune up games. JMU wins with UNC having almost zero meaningful tape on JMU.

Not gonna challenge your football knowledge, but to assume Max is the guy, I mean based upon what we've seen, it's ridiculous. Guy who's name you refused to mention, scores at a much higher rate, capable of gettjng the ball down field, is how the offense is designed. Max is dink and dunk, back-up QB game

Im thinking 7-5. They drop one to either minn or jmu, then they go 4-1 likely losing to gt again. Not beating fsu, then split wake and bc and lose to state.
