Fish Tacos

As with just about everything, I like keeping things simple. The sauce makes these fish tacos wow and lasts in the fridge for weeks!
Sauce:
1/3 cup mayo
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced garlic
I teaspoon Sriracha (optional)
Combine in blender and put into squirt container/Squeeze bottle
Sprinkle Uncle Chris Seasoning on Talapia and cook under broiler until fish breaks apart easily with fork. Approx 8 min. Before serving the fish, I break it apart so it easily fits into the taco shells.
Suggested Toppings:
tomatoes
guacamole
Onions
Shredded cabbage
pico de gallo
cheese
