- Well here is my 2nd ever flight of the FW F9F-8 Cougar 80mm . I opted not to use the installed gyro mainly since I am unable to control the gains without a programmer for the gyro.

What a sweet plane! And, good flying FG; always appreciate the genuine thoughts from you. (We get anxiety and adrenaline in this hobby.) FWR, YT has not shown you on my daily recommended videos past week or two. So, I just clicked on Notifications; watching you 10 minutes a day is part of my routine now and I am not going to change that.
Well thanks so much and I have slowed a little but I am getting at it again!! That dang job that pays my mortgage keeps wanting me to work and not fly....lol

Gotta love Florida. While the rest of us are all bundled up from the freezing cold you are chilling in shorts. 😂. I thought you did just fine on your second flight. I’m right there with you. Each plane has it’s own flying and landing characteristics you have to get a feel for. I thought you did a great job. Keep showing us your planes!

Thanks, no haters don't realize the negative comments help also. As far as the UA-cam algorithm is concerned anyways. My only concern is it does not help at all for the hobby. Were trying to continue a great and ever learning and evolving hobby. Negativity may only discourage other from getting into it .

Posting question here because I assume you’re more likely to see comments on newer videos. On the various T28s with retracts, not including the 2.0 Carbon Z, which one has the best/most robust retracts?

So far my experience with t-28 retracts has been limited to Efite T28s retracts the 1.2 meter and the Big one, However after much research I have found that T-28 s in models seem to have an issue anyhow. Something about the way the wing flares up and putting a retract up while turning. I started only using my retracts while in straight level flight and never in a turn and now have had no issue. i know that does not actually answer your question but that is what I know.

As I said at the beginning of my comment, I also have this beautiful jet. I set full reverse thrust on a 3 position switch to avoid the infamous reverse thrust mishaps that had happened to most of us sometimes. Here's how I did it...
