- The runway conditions were less than favorable but the winds and sky conditions were perfect. So rather than delay we decided to get a maiden for y’all!! Join us as we put our beautiful Cougar on a soggy runway and see just how she performs!!

Great video, good to see regular peeps like me fly it. The water looked cool but I’m sure the fan had some wet grass in it, detriment to the thrust. I also like how you both are making memories!
We try to keep it real around here!! I believe with out a doubt that the grass was the cause of the thrust issues. Thank you, these kids make the hobby so much more fun!!
It's a shame Beluga girl doesn't have a better cam with an eye piece and zoom. She did a magnificent job. Jet looked huge on table like a 90mm then looked like a 70mm in vehicle, then 90mm again walking it to the field. Fan sounds great. You don't need reverse thrust with that grass. Thanks for this review, I may buy one.
Once we are monetized we plan to reinvest back into the channel. So hopefully upgrades will be coming soon!! Thanks we believe she’s got a talent!! Yes the jet does seem to morph sizes depending on the situation. It’s like the Freewing A-4 in that regard. The reverse is intended for when we start flying in on our property, the runway is shorter with fences on both sides and downward sloping on one end. We highly recommend this airplane!!

That blown away moisture looks fantastic! The edf unit must then be cleaned regularly with the stuck grass (the placement of the engines on an A-10 is unparalleled in that respect!). But the Cougar flies fantastic from grass. Most model flying clubs only have grass so viewers will be happy with this video. Yeah it added a whole new dimension of realism to the flight for sure!!! Yes, specially that the cheater vent is in the belly!! Was very happy with grass performance!! And yes BG continues to make me proud 😊
I love the fact that you include your daughters in the channel. Great Dad stuff! ...For the jet will a six channel do. I use spektrum and was planning on a ar631 or ar620. I fly a FW avanti S with a ar620 since it is so stable also.
Thank you!! This hobby is so much more enjoyable because of them. Absolutely a six channel will do, I just wanted reverse. Just remove the gyro and it makes a good place to mount your RX too!! Those 631 and 620 RXs are great btw, they are pretty much bulletproof!! Avanti is a great flyer for sure!!

Thank you!! I love that they join me otherwise I’d be bored lol!! No mixing, the pitch changes were very subtle and super controllable I didn’t want to make things more complex. Good luck you are going love this one!!!
