Dear brother my maximum consumption during last 12 months has never increased from .4 hm3 during winter months i-e from November 23 to February 24 my consumption averaged .37 hm3 i was included in protected category upto feb 2024 but now in march i am billed as non protected category what could be the reason when i am using gas within protected category limits

Assalam o Alaikum. Sir I was placed in Protected Category. My consumption for NOV, DEC, JAN and FEB is .3.629, and average of these 4 months is 0.907 HM3. My February 2024 bill was 1,112.93 and HM3 was 0.572 and was placed in Protected Category.. But my March bill shows HM3 0.426, and amount Rs, 2470/-. Non Protected Category. Sir, do you hope that my next bill will be in protected category with reduced amount?

Dear brother my maximum consumption during last 12 months has never increased from .4 hm3 during winter months i-e from November 23 to February 24 my consumption averaged .37 hm3 i was included in protected category upto feb 2024 but now in march i am billed as non protected category what could be the reason when i am using gas within protected category limits

3.698 Hm3 ka matlab h k apne 369.8 m3 gas use ki hain. You can check this from your gas meter as well. Regarding units, HM3 should be converted to MMBTU. Approximately, 0.28 HM3 make one MMBTU. Based on MMBTU your bill is calculated.

Assalam o Alaikum. Sir I was placed in Protected Category. My consumption for NOV, DEC, JAN and FEB is .3.629, and average of these 4 months is 0.907 HM3. My February 2024 bill was 1,112.93 and HM3 was 0.572 and was placed in Protected Category.. But my March bill shows HM3 0.426, and amount Rs, 2470/-. Non Protected Category. Sir, do you hope that my next bill will be in protected category with reduced amount?

Is lie Fixed charges bh 01 din k ziada lagg jate hain (Fixed Charges for one day,Rs. 400/30 =Rs. 13.33). For example, for reading duration from 18-01-24 to 18-02-2024, total days:32 and Fixed charges are Rs. 400+Rs. 13.33 =Rs. 413.33

Sir 0.69 HM3 (69 units) Gas Consumed K lie Gas bill Taqreeban Rs. 3,794 banta hain. Actual amount (k sath thora farq GCV value ki wajah se hoga. Yaha hum ne 985 assume ki hai. Wese ye bill per mention hotti hain aur fixed charges ka bh thora farq ho sakta h.
The estimated breakdown is as follows:
HM3=0.60+0.09
MMBTU=(Hm3*GCV)/281.7385 (Here GCV=985)
A.MMBTU =2.097 (For 0.6 HM3)
B.MMBTU= 0.3146 (0.09 HM3)
Gas Charges= MMBTU*Rs. /MMBTU
C. Gas Charges = 2.097*850 = Rs. 1,782
D. Gas Charges =0.3146*1,250 = Rs. 393.25
Total Gas Charges =C+D= Rs. 1,782 +Rs.393.25 = Rs. 2,175.25
Fixed Charges = Rs. 1,000
Meter Rent = Rs. 40
GST= 0.18X(Total Gas Charges+Fixed Charges+Meter Rent)
=0.18X(Rs.2,175.25 +Rs.1,000+Rs.40) =0.18XRs. 3,215.25= Rs.578.745
Total Gas Bill= Total Gas Charges+Fixed Charges+Meter Rent+GST
=Rs. 2,175.25+ Rs.1,000+Rs.40+Rs.578.745
=Rs. 3,794/-

Sir Category ka Faisla sardio k use per hi Hoga. Agar ap sardio k 4 maheeno Mai average gas use 0.9 hm3(90 units) tak limit kar k protected category Mai agae hain to Garmio k jis maheene bh ap 0.9 hm3 se ziada use karein ge Sirf is month ka apka bill Non-Protected wala ae ga.
