Great video! Question though. I just did this check on my ptec 800, both raves operate smooth, however the rave closer to the PTO side is much more "oily" than the mag side. I never used a vaccuum tool and only used the hand method. Think a seal/ o-ring could be damaged causing it to blow bypass? There isn't any obvious leaks, only when I remove the black covers.
My one Rave valve stripped out the threads and started spitting oil. I got a new valve, diaphragm, gaskets, and cap. I ran it once and the cap melted after a 30 minute ride. What else could it be? The housing? There is a bit of a gap but its the same through the housing into the engine

How do I know if they are adjusted correctly? Bought a used sled torn apart, not sure if the person messed with them

would suggest that you check diaphram that is a sign of leak.
