I love this hose. I got mine last October. Today, I walked out, and it was leaking. We'll see how well E. Mishan & Sons, Inc. Emson, 230 Fifth Avenue, Suite 800, handles returns. The hose comes with a 5-year warranty. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I love this hose and plan on buying three more.

Yes, I have mine on a high-quality hand reel, which works amazingly. With the retractable, it will roll up nice and smooth.
