Thank you very much Doctor, you made clearer this condición I have been suspecting sometime back as to a very close friend of mine, I Will put into práctice this approach ando let you Know the results Any subjection concerning the right abdominal muscles strenthening work or so will be really apreciated by me
Great clarity. Even if the visuals are taken away, one can picture the layers and the reason for anterior pelvic tilt. looming forward to the next video.
I am currently working my way through your programme. 4 months of pain from around this area. Erector spinae and ql are sooo tight. Seen many professionals who cant answer my why! 😢 i miss my life. I am in so much pain and have no hope. Working through the CBT and hoping to get answers. I definitely have a right hip hike from a slight scoliosis.
I was sent to PT for bilateral buttock pain at the age of 69. I told the PT that I also had left side rib pain since a fall 9 years ago. She worked on my QL. After five sessions, I had to say..."no more." I would be in severe pain for several days ...having to used hot packs for relief. I have muddled through for five years. Last month I made an appointment with a spine specialist. I hope she has some ideas that will move me to a better place physically.
Not sure what your pain is or where it comes from, however when I pulled my sacrum years ago, it would just never stop...just on and on, every day/night, for months. I finally bought a pelvic stability strap. It is a big strap with velcro that holds your pelvis steady so all those moving parts can rest and heal. It is immediate relief. You can do an at home trial with a decent belt. Strap it around your upper pelvis (not back) pretty tight, and see if it helps. Hoping the best for ya!
I have si joint dysfunction and psoas illac dysfunction on right side. Do i focus on TVA and ilacpsoas strengthening and completely ignore the QL? Is it weak, tight, and long? Or is it short? Like how do you know if the QL is short or long and weak or strong despite being tight?
It sounds like you did things right. The first card of the assessment says make sure to watch the masterclass before continuing. Then you just click continue since you’ve seen it.
The quality of this content is amazing 🙌 very helpful! ❤
Very informative, thankyou.

Love your analytical thinking. Thank you
EXCELLENT ANATOMY LESSON!!!!!!
Thank you very much sir
I thought pain in the QL area was from tight glutes or hamstrings?

Why would someone have QL tightness and pain bilaterally but also have overly tight side abdominal muscles. Both sides?
My new doctor mentioned this yesterday
You are good, hope your channel grows!
Great explanation apart from that you forgot to name the cause of the problem.
Can a tight QL contribute to a flat back?
I have tight awls and a very flat back. How about you?
These muscles “seize up” and lock in, the pain is so bad.
Well I took the Masterclass and when I go to take the assessment it says TAKE THE Masterclass First. wasted 30 minutes,

Do pelvic tilts help this?
