I do the half AP Flour and half cake flour. You really don't want so much gluten build up for a chewy texture like bread. So rice flour, not for mochi, is best. You're supposed to separate the egg yolks from the whites. Then beat the whites with the sugar and vanilla until a thick meringue forms. Then you take your mixed other ingredients and fold in the whites to make that light fluffy crispy waffle. Hope that helps. Great job on the dessert! Sweet! There was water in the bowl, a random thing breaking in the background, random alarms from the waffle maker, an ant in the batter, and cardboard in the rice flour. And yet, it was an enjoyable and calm video to watch. She's amazing.
K K my impression was that in the original video it must be beaten really hard for an extended time. To do that with regular cream would result in butter like she said. I’m guessing that rather than chance that she decided to go with the cool whip. That’s just my take anyway :)
I find it odd that nobody has commented on Emmy wearing the face of the most soothing and wholesome person to ever live on her shirt. Keep sharing the love Emmy. And I'd love to be your neighbor.
Yummy! I so enjoy your Korean street food videos because it is nostalgic for me! I loved Korean street waffles when I lived there. Some used a whipped cream filling and honey, others used ice cream. I would often get them in some of the subway stations in Seoul. For other tasty Korean street food, you should make twigim (Korean version of tempura), tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), kimbap or beungo bbang (a fish shaped waffle filled with red bean paste). Or if you want to be really adventurous, try beondegi (silk worm larvae, but as a warning, the smell is not good). Korea has so many fantastic street foods! Love your videos!💕
Beat heavy whipping cream with some powder sugar. The longer you beat it the thicker it will get till in “breaks” and turns to butter. ( very quick and easy to make)

I just realize that Emmy is wearing a Mr. Rogers shirt
The amount of unusual chaos in this video that Emmy doesn't usually have was jarring, but she didn't react much at all which shows how professional she is. There was water in the bowl, a random thing breaking in the background, random alarms from the waffle maker, an ant in the batter, and cardboard in the rice flour. And yet, it was an enjoyable and calm video to watch. She's amazing.
I don’t get it: why does Emmy think you can’t make whipped cream out of cream? I watched it twice to see if I missed something.
New unit of measure “a booboobup of vanilla” 😂
"is that an ant?" shhhh the ant is the secret ingredient
I love your personality so so much it makes me feel so warm , keep being wonderful and stay hydrated 💜
I wonder if you could use real whip cream? I don’t like cool whip
I like Cool Whip but it's so fake like eating plastic.
Beat heavy whipping cream with some powder sugar. The longer you beat it the thicker it will get till in “breaks” and turns to butter. ( very quick and easy to make)
I saw the yummy yammy Video a little while ago too, thought these waffles look absolutely glorious! Thank you so much for being you and making these. Love you and your videos very much ♥️
1:44 something decided to fall and break... 🤔
Sound effects!
I looove watching Emmy's video while working its soo soothing :):):)
I'm learning Japanese and I swore Emmy said "we'll be using RICE flour, now let's GOHAN make this" 😂
(I know it's mochiko, but I thought it was still funny!)
I heard that too!
私も日本語をちょっと話しましす。
I missed everything you said after you assembled your waffle because my boys were literally trying to eat my phone!!! My 2 year olds and I love watching your videos together on the couch but I've never seen them do anything like that! I had to rewind it and let them watch a second time. I'll be making this for them for certain 🤣😁🥰
Let me wipe the drool off my phone...🤤
Ohhhhhh, that looks GREAT!! Thanks, Emmy! Love ya.
“Waffles, waffles, wa-ffles”
'Boop', 'Boop', 'Boop' as Emmy measures out the baking powder and salt...I just love it!
All that went through my head with the ant......
Me: extra protien!
Your voice is so calming!
“Nice mustache!” :P
