You really have been getting better with your perfectionism! Being able to say "I'm never going to look as closely as I am now at this again" is a really healthy attitude
Highly recommend checking out the chain of rural cities in Oregon: Corvallis (college football town), Albany (has the mall and Amtrak station), and Lebanon (farming and industry).
I have been watching cityskyline in different channels what made me stay in this is the detailing. No other channel looks out detailing which is boring. But u make the game more interesting
I want them to add superhero’s and villains to this game so bad! The more people you have the more villains come to your city and they might form a group. So you would have to convince superheroes to come and you can see them in there special vehicles or you could see them flying around your city. They could damaged buildings and all sorts of things
It'll come back around eventually, yeah. It's unlikely to be super regular though. The population's so high that the simulation is painfully slow. Might be a good map to load up once every couple weeks to tear into, rebuild and redesign some districts, or add some fancy new interchanges to though!
Tried playing this map a couple times with and without mods but there are "zones?" everywhere that stop me from adding roads or tracks. Is there a setting to turn that off?
Are you really supposed to fulfill all demands by the residents? I see your population and think of really small towns that do not have their own police, schools or death care. Does the game allow you to just grow your population to say 10,000 then worry about those needs?
Im sorry for saying this but it is not like a hate thing but i dont really like how you do the city it feels too organized normal cities usually dont have perfect grids but everyone has their taste i guess
I really tried to like the series because I like you as a person... But everything is just straight roads and rigid angles again and that's just not my thing.
Anyone been around long enough to recognise that old intro music? 🤔
Transport Fever 1 memories maybe?
Vanilla series!
We love that old intro music🔥🔥🔥
holy throwback
Me.
Did not expect a second video part this fast. LET'S GO
Third one's tomorrow! :)
25:06 The good thing about hedges is that you can indeed curve them. Just change the Tool Mode ;)
Love that village btw

Personally, I enjoy the detailing too

Who can blame you about the detailing, it's just so darn satisfying
You have no idea how excited I am for this new city! Also the little details are the best.
tbh i love the detailing!!! my favourite thing to watch

Not me yelling "you have the curve option" at 25:15
"area bucket" mod does fairly well in filling in those curvy surfaces
Haha. I get lost detailing too.
love the series so far, will you keep doing the other series?

Conflict nerd should make a series using the willamette river map by sandman and name it Colombia County
It's okay to forget about minor details, like fences, in your Dinosaur Park, Dr. CEO Dylan.
Consider Parking Buildings for upcoming episodes. As that could save up spaces.
Where do you get the mep

What Mods are you using ? And where do I get them?
Pls could you use roadbuilder to get parking on the alleys and make them one way.
I've not seen any demand for commercial yet? Is something broken?
I noticed the first video had a mod that had a traffic light in upper left, but this video it is gone? What was it?
What’s the map called
