I love the new industry! Later down the road I think a little rv campground by the water would be really cool! A lot of small riverfront towns I go to have one, and they usually have a lot of paths and a dock for boats. It adds more tourists to the area and is sort of a big attraction!
When he connects the regional road in Blackwater to the other one further town, I would love to see a small village built with a little roadside commercial, very small industry (like a few garages or warehouses), a farm or 2 and some residential zoning (low-density, large lots and 200 people max)
It most certainly is a flex to show you care about your community's input on your content even if you're on vacation! most content creators nowadays dont care that much for their audience/content. Precisely why i love your channel, and you as a person! Feels like im watching a good friend play a game!
Really? I've noticed it's quite a standard to pre-record stuff when you're on vacation, when it comes to content creators. (not talking about those with big productions and whatnot)
You should do something with tranformer stations as currently you are both exporting and importing electricity. probably because the low voltage cables that connect the powerplant to the rest of the city can't handle the amount. so run some high voltage cables to some tranformer stations and it will be fixed as you probably know.
thanks for the frequent uploads. Please consider expanding meadow brook to make some water front housing and queys. Also please upgrade the route into the city through to the industrial area. maybe a 4 lane or six lane route because industry vehicles are large and there are many of them.
I'm not sure if I understand garbage hierarchy but I always thought it was 1) Landfill takes in any garbage, 2) Incineration Plant takes non reusable garbage from the landfill (or direct from creators) to burn, 3) recycling center takes recyclables from the landfill (or direct from creators), 4) Landfill becomes more empty so it can take on more general garbage and start the cycle again. So long as the processing rate can keep up with the garbage production I think there are some upgrades to the landfill that can compliment the cycle too.
Kind of ironic that you started the industrial district across the river in order to get rid of the one you originally built, yet now you just have two industrial discricts and seem to have forgotten the plan to remove the original one. Keep in mind that because of ground pollution, you can't built on that land immediately when you remove the industry, it has to clear up. So getting rid of the industry now before you need the land to do something else would be most beneficial
Great additions to your industrial area, it's coming along nicely! If you wanted a unique piece of realistic detailing in your region, I would recommend that you clear all the trees and adjust the "farmland" that are under the pylons. You were also talking about moving the industry in Blackwater proper at some point to Anchor Junction, is that something that you still have plans to do at some point?
one mod i suggest is called extended bus station you should check it out also keep you mailboxes off main roads 3:40 mail trucks stop and visit them which can cause backups sometimes
Im not to sure if it makes sense to have alot of trees near water treatment because you would not want debris to fall into the water tubs but it does look nice still!
I always make my cs2 taxes as low as possible, starting 8-9% with uneducated and ending with 2-3% with the highest education. and the income is very good, cuase if you let your people build wealth up with low tax, that means, even though you have low tax rate, you still get a very good income as your people are wealthier, and it keeps stacking and stacking tot he point you are making millions upon millions
What's the link to the mod that lets you see the amount of money you gain per hour? I've been searching for it for ages and its just a nightmare to find, I cant find the link anywhere. Thanks in advance.
i think you’re over doing it with the trees, especially the ones alongside the roads. they look too linear and unnatural, and for spaces like the industry, it isn’t realistic to have trees in areas of high pollution and work space. the water treatment for example, they wouldn’t want trees/leaves getting into their water supply. so having trees in an area like that is somewhat unrealistic
Asset Variation Changer was the mod I suggested 😉 You know, the one with the fence colour...
That's the one, thank you! :D
@@ConflictNerd It hopefully survived the new patch

Hope you have a lovely vacation dylan! Cant wait to hear all about it in future videos once ur back!
Loving this city, I prefer the slower pace and increased detailing. Excited to see more👍
Just a note, I’m pretty sure you already have a recycling center, so you don’t need another garbage waste management and can get rid of the landfill.

You should add a hospital

and man you should make the road that bypasses the city and goes straight to the industrial area a tunnel!
RCE would love the shape you were thinking off
I like the powerplant by the little canal, its like the coal used to come in by barge before truck

Emmm, I feel old... just googled mr blobby & noel's house party and it started in 1991, I was 6 and remember it, thanks for that 😂
Before placing the incinerator next to the water treatment plant, make sure any pollution is not going to affect the water from the treatment plant.
Please do continue to detail! You have great style and it won't match what you've already done if you don't keep it up.
love your vids man great city!!
Maybe a harbor in the industrial area next to the water treatment plant eventually?
I enjoyed the reference to Mr Blobby.
Mr Blobbie was on NZ TV as well.
love the videos man, keep up the great work and have a nice vacation
6:08 I think those trucks go outside the city.
Im not to sure if it makes sense to have alot of trees near water treatment because you would not want debris to fall into the water tubs but it does look nice still!
You're going on holiday on my birthday!!
you need a cargo dock near water treatment and industrial area

Do you have a modlist by any chance?

What was the mod called, that shows the economy/income live next to the budget?
