Thank you for explaining the importance of cowashing. I could not have explained it better.

    Great regimen!
I have high porosity and fine hair just as you.
I love the idea of adding the conditioner over the shampoo. I’ve been rinsing the shampoo out and then use the conditioner. After that I then spray the ACV on top of the conditioner and leave on for no longer than 5-6 minutes and OH MY GOSH I can instantly feel the results of closed cuticles and my curls REALLY POP.
I rinse with cool water and immediately my hairs’ elasticity is felt causing them to fell a bit fuller or thicker.
It’s amazing the things vinegar can do to your hair.

How long did it take for you to reach the length you currently have?
I enjoy watching your videos. I find myself pausing then and order the things you use. So far you have NOT let me down with your recommendations or the products you use.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. You are truly helping me.

Hey hair twin 😊 thanks for sharing your wash routine. I’m glad to see we have similar steps. Sep I will layer my deep conditioner over my conditioner after I detangle. I don’t think it changes the formula, well I hope not since it’s a habit now. Also, will be trying the ACV now this weekend, can’t wait to see the results.

I'm late but thank you for sharing your wash day tips! My hair is in a crisis right now so I'll be trying them out to help with the desert dryness. Thank you!

Thanks for the video! I wonder if the ACV rinse needs to be done on every single wash. (I'd really appreaciate anybody's answer)

Hi I have high porosity fine 4b/4c hair. I tried the ACV thing and when I spray it on my hair it makes my hair feel smooth but as soon as I rinse it out with water that effect goes away… so do we have to rinse the ACV out ?

Hi there! That’s most likely the feeling when your hair cuticle is actually shut closed, which you might not be used to feeling. Just go with the rest of the process, let your hair dry, and it should soften back up!

Do you use apple cider vinegar diluted for each wash day? I’m considering using it and incorporating Co washing back into my routine.

Ok so my hair is highly damaged, waist length , a4/c3 , high porosity hair. I will try this and let you know how my hair felt. Is this a moisturizing routine? If yes, what would you use as a protein routine ?
