Tried this on my Black Diamond skins and almost destroyed them. I like the concept but at least with the BD skins, using the wings to separate the glue from the base made stretched the skin and caused a rough cut edge. I tried to hold the cut edge taught so it would not pull but then the tool drifted inward. on the ski. I went back to the straight BD tool and made a much cleaner cut. Yes, took me some additional steps to reposition the skin but I think it came out better that way. Likely I was doing something wrong but though this tool would have been much more intuitive to the user instead of the cut and reposition approach.
