  • Pad Thai is a quick and easy recipe, yet capable of enclosing the flavors of an entire nation in one bite. Chef Andrea Accordi together with Anchalee Ponrungsit of the Four Seasons in Bangkok accompany us to discover the original Thai recipe and then move on to an authentic Italian crossover with seafood bigoli, "Venetian noodles". The most iconic dish of Thailand inside one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, in the words of a great professional.

    Not only Thai food is otherworldly in Thailand but also international food. The quality and competition of the local food pushes the other up to insane levels. Truly a place to eat

    That’s a very fancy plate of Pad Thai! I love cooking them from time to time and im glad to see that’s my recipe isn’t too far off from theirs ❤ The sauce definitely makes or break the recipe so make your tamarind paste from scratch! And another important thing is to use garlic chives and not green onion!! As a Thai person studying abroad, it’s so difficult to find a restaurant that cook it well.

      Questo piatto addirittura è stato inventato solo a metà del ‘900, non stiamo neanche parlando di tradizioni millenarie.

    Italy is a country with thousands recipes that vary from province to province. Yet this channel has just the following: Roman pastas (probably the worst pastas of all the pasta traditions in Italy), pizza (it's cool but everyone know it) and eastern cousine (in a channel called Italia Squisita??). I already unfollowed long time ago.

      The "guy talking" is the executive chef. He's in charge of everyone and most of all he need to make sure that every section of the kitchen is guided by a chef that know perfectly what need to be done. The woman is in charge, as said in the video, of the Thai section of the hotel's restaurant; means that she know perfectly the Thai cuisine; while he and the other male chef are in charge of the Italian section. It's simple. That's how a good kitchen works; by placing experts it their rightful spot. I'd give everything to work in her place, in that kind of enviroment and that kind of level.

    • @blackandyellowfreak8
      @blackandyellowfreak8 Рік тому

      @@TetsuyuchiSatou I know what an executive chef is and I am not diminishing the things that he does but the chef's work is physically harder than the executive chef and her work is essential to the operation. If labour can be replaced this easily then workplace wouldn't be affected by strikes
