Hey, if you are putting exhaust and upgraded air filter I would definitely bump up your jetting. Pretty straight forward. But it definitely sounds a lot better!

This dude is funny. You don’t have to take anything off to for the pipe. Just move it around and it’ll make its way in
i installed a fmf and removed the air box lid and did the pink wire mod in my trx 90 and it made a huge difference

Did you have a problem after you got it on with the welds starting to crack on the hanger of the exhaust
I’m struggling to get my exhaust on. Doesn’t seem to be much room between frame and where the exhaust goes. How we’re the tolerances for you?

What size jet did u run with it? Main jet and idle? Good lookin bike 🤙🏽
Pretty sure we went with a 85 main and 42 slow and it’s worked fine. Actually wouldn’t mind running a tad rich down here in FL. Thanks for watching.

We did jet the carb before installing the new exhaust we just haven’t posted the video.
I had to get the jets from powroll when I put this exhaust on my sons 90. Big gun should sell it with the jets.

Have you removed the plastics yet? It’s a lot easier if you do. Then twist and finagle it out.
