FIREBOX STOVE / CASTIRON FLYING PAN / BACKYARD STAR FESTIVAL / ONE HAND CHALLENGE / 七夕

July 7th was Star festival so my friend and I had a star festival dinner in my back yard. I cooked steak which was grass fed rib roast on a cast iron pan. Firebox is sturdy and robust so I choose firebox when I cook with cast iron made cookware. Everything was delicious and we had a good time celebrating star festival. Firebox is a great stove. I love how versatile and durable it is. It’s a good survival lesson to use one hand and feet for sure.

There is no star festival in Hungary. But a few weeks ago (June 21) we celebrated Saint Ivan's Night festival ("Midsummer festival")
