  • Advance your self- rehab, self- treatment approach to low back spondylolisthesis pain with this advanced spondylolisthesis exercise. Train your "automatic spine stability" response to protect your low back from injury and assist its natural healing using these advanced rehab techniques as taught by spondylolisthesis exercise expert Dr. Michael C Remy, DABCO CCSP. This is the next step in spine stability training often not taught in most spine rehab settings that is paramount in protecting and healing spondylolisthesis pain by training the neuro-muscular reflexes to support proper core control in the saggital and coronal planes of motion using simple band exercises. The result of tailored reflexive training is core muscles that properly hold a custom neutral spine position even when you are not consciously aware, as is critical for bending, lifting, slips , fall, quick movements and sports. Dr. Remy teaches how to customize this simple and yet very effective rehab approach in this basic lesson which sets the stage for more video lessons on this advanced technique.

You will have to design the exercise to meet your unique directions of spine instability and pain aggravation. Work with an advanced rehab specialist to find your unique issues. If you have no none locally, you may make an appointment with myself through Zoom for an online consult (info at www.painfreeandfit.com). You may also use the free self-help beginners analysis or any of the healing exercise programs available at the same website. I hope this gives you some direction.
