This looks great, especially the back....wow. Interesting how I see a bit of tan/beige and brown in there with all the gray/blue. Maybe it's just my old eyes, but how that came out really makes it very interesting.
Thank you! I really love the back too, I think it looks really unique. Charcoal splits with some tan/beige colors - it's one of my favorite gray colors for ice dyeing.
@@lauragoldstein2506 I've been using Jacquard's textile colors on a few recent projects, and they seem to work really well. They have to be heat set unless you add a textile medium, but heat setting isn't difficult. I haven't tried the Jacquard Lumiere (a gold metallic paint), but I think it works the same way as the colors I've tried. While it is wet I would sprinkle in some extra fine glitter. I usually purchase my glitter from Hobby Lobby if they have that store in your area. You could also use a gold glitter dimensional fabric paint if you would like too. I don't think dimensional paint wears quite as well after numerous washings, but it does look cool because it stands out from the shirt. This shirt is stunning. I have not tried to reverse dye anything other than black but this makes me want to try other colors. I haven't tried a geode shirt yet but have watched all your geode videos. I really need to get that sinew spool. Thanks for sharing. Happy New Year.
Thank you! I think it's fun to experiment with reversing various colors of shirts. It's always interesting the final color they turn after using Out White Brite. I like the look of having brighter blue lines instead of white ones on this geode - it's a unique look. If you are interested in my sinew puller, I purchased it from Nikolay Savin. He usually sells them on facebook. Here is his contact information: facebook.com/nstiedye/
That is nice! I love geodes, and those blues and grays were perfect. (You knew I'd ask about the Mom Jeans, didn't you? ; ) ) Which gray are most of the lighter grays? Are any of them the Silver Lining?
Thank you! I did use Silver Lining on this shirt. I used it on the 10th section and then again toward the outside of the shirt. I think it's the lightest gray I used, and it is really light on this shirt since the shirt started out light blue to begin with. Charcoal, Pewter and Gunmetal are all a little darker than Silver Lining.
It's gorgeous looks just like a natural geode
Thank you! 🙂

Stunning ...so so very beautiful.....love it....
Thanks so much 😊
I love it 🥰
Thank you so much!
Another Perfect Geode T-shirt! Love the blue center on the front. I like the back of this shirt as well. Beautiful pattern.
Thank you so much - I'm glad you like it!
Gorgeous! Real nice with jeans. I bought some blue boots, first pair. Ordered them. Can't wait. Shirt would look real fly with them, I'm sure. Wow 💙
Thank you! This shirt would look great with a pair of jeans and boots. Congrats on the blue boots!

Tata😁👍
I absolutely love geodes. And watching You do yours gives me more ideas. Thanks so much for your tutorial videos
Thanks so much! 😊 I love geodes too!
It does look exactly like a geode. I am extra, so I would take a gold paint and add some outlines and put glitter in the centers.
Thank you! You could totally do that, and it would make it sparkle!
That sounds great. What type of gold paint and glitter do you use so that they don't wash out?

What is the tool called that you have your wax sinew wrapped around to help you tie shirts?
It is a sinew puller that I purchased from Nikolay Savin. You can contact him through facebook if you are interested: facebook.com/nstiedye/
Fantastic!!
Thank you!
That is a beautiful shirt! What size is it and do you sell them?
Thank you! It is a size X-Large. I have it listed on my website: www.funendeavors.com
@@FunEndeavors Thank you. It is officially mine. 🙂 Looking forward to receiving it!
@@Hogle2doj Thank you so much! I just packed it up and it will get in the mail later today.
Pro Tip... Soak shirts in Diluted Peroxide bath to neutralize the bleaching agent PRIOR to soda ash soak.
That's one of the great things about Out White Brite versus bleach - it doesn't need to be neutralized with peroxide.
