50g vegetable oil
50g milk
55g cake flour/low protein flour
62g castor sugar

Whipped Cream
260g heavy whipping cream
26g sugar

800g fresh strawberries + or -
.
Cake sizes:
5" 4" 3" 2" 1"

Few notes:
*As I ran out of strawberries in this video, I made total of 4 layers only
* the amount of whipped cream and strawberries go according to the layers of cake, also thickness of the cream slathered.
*You can also secure the cake by inserting a wooden skewer in the middle of the cake
