The Truth Behind Noah Lyles Speed | Noah Speed Secrets!

- Noah Lyles is currently one of the biggest names in athletics, probably the biggest name in sprinting right now. However, what is certain, is that he has been a dominant force, winning almost every race he enters. This is why today we take a look at why he stays ahead of opponents.

Keep in mind Lyles suffers from severe asthma. This is why he was running fatigued in Doha...the dust, the climate, lack of humidity, etc. More flexibility and training for the power he already has will make hom even stronger. Michael Norman has improved his 100 time. Why? Notice he changed his stride. He now focuses on the power down and backward. No need to worry about knee lift. Need to mechanically push down and back efficiently. Then streamline arm form, breathing, and hip flexibility. The stride now looks much more "horselike" than it does "wheel like". You get more power out of the contact with the ground. Humans will get even faster. Flexibility plus necessary weights only plus diet plus rest....equals limits pushed.
Usain bolt said, just move your legs fast and keep center of gravity balanced.
The secret behind his speed is the ‘background’, training
Are saying he cheats?
@@jaygaming6 no I’m not saying that
Amazing video dropped a like.
That’s natural talent rite there.
Noah is the Super Saiyan of legend. That's why he is so fast
I guess you might be on to something😁
And you're slow
good content as always how do you make that voice change
This one is actually not a text to speech...someone did the voice over.
@@TrackandFieldNation what about the previous videos
Those were from watson ibm tts you can check it out...using the enhanced voice options will make it more natural sounding
That impressive hip extension.
I haven't seen any su bingtian videos ,could u plz do one
Why? Bingtian is 33 and his PB is only 9.83. He is not a top sprinter.
9.58 will stand for ages
With Coleman out of Tokyo, we could see Noah Lyles winning gold at 100, 200 and 4x100. (Anything can happen).
What happened to C.Coleman?
@@chelseaibe3718 missed drug tests so coleman was banned from tokyo
@@blurxzy8570 no ways. What a shame.
@@blurxzy8570 Missed Whereabouts
Yeah Noah didn’t make the 100m US team, but he’ll be in 200 and 4x100. Defo Favourite for gold
If noah competes in 100m he needs a good start cos he is strong finisher gud luck in Tokyo
Any one waiting for Trayvon Bromell. Where is he??
Effective resistance training...
Next Olympic record holder
Believe so too
No
@@TrackandFieldNation
Do you mean breaking bolt's world record, or just the Olympic.
Because if you mean bolt's record, sorry but that's out of the question.
@@rosaworksrosaworks9410 Bolt's Olympic record is 9.63s which is the second fastest time. No one has come close to it. Not sure Noah is the guy to break it though.
He has top end speed
Noah
And then where do you get those footages
These are clips available on the internet...I just stick to the copyright guidelines.
@@TrackandFieldNation thank you for all your replies even though it felt like i was bugging
It's no problem at all..feel free to ask me any other question you might have.
You weren't bugging at all
Y'all think he gonna break the record
If he improves his start its game over, he would be faster than bo jackson
Nature made him fast know that
God
If he could change his start he might get the WR
he ran 19.31
I have to admit I prefer Coleman but still Lyles is still a beast and has a high chance of gold in Tokyo now Coleman won’t be there.
Oh okay most people prefer Coleman in terms of what he does on the track
Track and Field Nation yeah
Why won't Coleman be there ?
Track Nation I literally said that.
Roy Bean because of missed drug tests.
He's great sprinter but to break Bolt's is still out his reach nor any sprinters today and i still see Coleman is faster than Lyles..
I think Noah can run 9.7
Khumo Kwezi Mashapa same he’s so young and running so fast if he doesn’t get injured like yohan Blake then he definitely can.
Track Nation yeah
If he can really push himself, maybe he can get 9.6 and if by a miracle, world record time lmao but I doubt he will beat bolts times.
Noah can easily go 9.6 especially at peak time if he works on his acceleration. His top speed is ridiculous. Add good acceleration with that and he’d be more of a problem than he already is.
Track Nation Yes. If everything fell into place on a meet day and training wise he could. If the weather was right along with training and when he’s going to peak if he ran the “perfect race” he could. He could’ve easily run a high 9.7 the race he walked Coleman down if he had a decent start but he didn’t. This is coming from a person who runs at the division 1 level of track with great coaches around me. I’m not just talking out my ass lol.
Norman will beat him, I’m looking forward to it 😂❤️🌍
J 0 I’m meant 200m
@J 0 normans run was also his first competition 100 in years, don’t think it gives us the full picture just yet
@J 0 you called it
