    This is great stuff. If you go deep with this theory (as an average person in trama),, it can emphasize how complex healing is, and how connected mind body, spirit is. I feel I have gotten soo much better with my trama therapist ( she told me about this) than with a team of medical doctors. I mean physically better too. Seems it wasn't smart to separate healing into parts, but that is when healing mattered more than money. Just a thought, thank you.

    Thank you for this inspiring wise interview! As a singer my experience is that I can also practice loosening the vagal brake slowly while breathing in. In breathing out I practice to inhance the brake and in breathing in I practice loosening it.
    My experience is that ventral vagal efficiency should work in both ways.
    I am interested in your experience and thoughts around this 🙏🏼
