Great video, but one thing I will say is that the Blood Pact, contrary to the fan art, do not rely on scavenging for the most part. They do scavenge equipment, but they also have control of entire forge world's which produced imperial guard weapons, uniforms, armour and equipment. Most blood pact are equipped with las guns, imperial flak armour and imperial guard uniforms, boots, radios, grenades etc.
That reminds me of a fanmade Traitor Guard my cousin drummed up. It was basically Kriegsmen, but Chaos. Imagine the soldiers being the WW1's Charge of the Undead against the Germans by the Chlorine-afflicted Russians mixed with the Banzai Charges and Last Ditch Mine Stick Charges of Imperial Japan in WW2. In this case however, the soldiers were afflicted with a case of acute leprosy created by Nurgle that had laid dormat underneath the mountains of ice on their homeworld. This allows them to fight with sheer abandon and fury for their health as their death is already set in stone. Although mainly defensive in nature, these guard heavily employ the use of self-not-alive-ers who are disemboweled and then stuffed with explosives to run at the enemy with what little life they have. Self-not-alive charges are pretty common, with many of the soldiers being those with advanced decaying symptoms. They still worship the Emperor though, however with a little misdirection from Tzeentch, a dying Sister of Battle from Goge Vandire's rule had convinced the people that the Real Emperor on the throne is the False Emperor instead. At a later time, Chaos cultists managed to then convince the people that the Real Emperor had split his form into four gods to aid them through the end times. The Chaos Gods. And that they are commanded by the Four Emperors, as the last "true" worshippers of the One, should dethrone the False Prophet.
