Personally for the night mode feature, i much prefer Oneplus' approach than many others. It looks just how it should look like during night time, preserving the look of the night rather than trying to brighten every single shadow and dark spot in the picture. In the samsung photo, back then its superb, but as many competitors are experimenting with their own approach, i like it less now. Its too processed and artificial with the blueish hazy center, overexposed light sources, as far as I can see. Noise and sharpness those ones I can't really tell for now i think i need to see them in front of me then I can provide an opinion. But looking at the photo overall, the Oneplus night picture is more well balanced and much more pleasing to the eye as they preserved the night look, while samsung is just trying too hard i think.
Pixel's photos come close, but i may need more pics to compare.

it's the real flagship killer. consider how expansive the flagship price now. if I'm paying 1200usd for a iphone 15 pro max, may as well pay 300 more for the Oneplus Open. or actually in my region (asia) Oppo will be selling at similar price as ip15pro max.
as the wireless charge thing, I think it's a outdated technology and cutting it is the right practical choice. When 25W is considered "fast" charging, when 3500mAh is considered "large" battery, 10w or 20w wireless charging are a thing. I think Xiaomi/Huawei have developed a super fast 50w wireless charging and the charger need cooling with fan. That's exactly how stupid wireless charging become stupid or impractical.

Is someone really need a wireless fast charging? I never use it on any phone. The last phone I use on Note 5 fast charging and it was too slow and everybody knows the wire is faster. Anyways, it don't matters if they fix the speed on wireless charging. The wire is still faster and for me I trade my fold 4 and I got an extra bonus $200 plus $200. Something else I forgot they gave me so I'm only paying $258 from my pocket so I'm getting a great deal tire of the Samsung small screen and I got at least at least I'm getting my trading good deal with them. They giving me the 1200 and a half for my phone when most places they give you only $1,000 and if somebody want to sell it to someone then go ahead. You can sell at least 1500 maxima. To my surprise and amusement of everyone around me, Fold 6 does slightly worse picture then Note 8 on the main camera. Same lighting, same distance, same everything. I even cleaned the lens on fold. 7 years of development and 2000Euro in price just to downgrade? Some in dept test put one plus open camera very close to iphone 15 pro max, and you say is about the same as the fold. something does not add up here.

Wireless charging is the most over-hyped feature of mobile devices.. charging spread is slower and completely useless. It's so much easier to use the phone while charging with wired.. wireless charging is not even wireless tbh.. only thing is wire is not connected to the phone..

I'm waiting for the prices to come down even further we are in the first couple 6 years life cycles of foldables, I'm basing this on Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, and the prices are still too high, Apple has not jumped on the bandwagon if iPhone Fold and I don't think they will, the next iPhone 16 could be there last before they shift there focus on folding iPad screens, Oppo Fold is a nice new edition to the foldable or flip market, it expands the market in general and gives the people more options but the price is too high and very expensive, the carriers may tie the phone to a bundle on monthly payments, but I don't want to be tied to a carrier it will tripper the cost with the bill.
For the time being it is a nice expensive edition welcome to club fold Oppo.

$100 less than the Fold 5 is absolutely not a significant price point. The price even with various discounts is not compelling. While it has a better display and form factor, the lack of wireless charging will likely steer buyers away.
