This is the Aussie Vocal Coach 3 Octave Vocal Workout for Tenors and Baritones. The Vocal range of this workout is G2 to G5. The singing exercises in this workout are advanced and should only be attempted by singers who possess a solid chest voice, mixed voice and head voice register. I have included notes above C5 to cater for singers that are able to sing higher in head voice and falsetto. - Навчання та стиль

What is highest note for exercise 1 and 2?
if i did these exercises in a quiet tone, with high compression, just trying to hit the notes, does it help?
i'm trying to smoothen my seccondo passagio currently and gain strength in my upper register in order to be able to hit those rock songs with power and control.

Also i do the exercises in a normal sounds volume as well.

Yes doing the exercises quietly with compression is a great way to improve the secondo passaggio. Too much volume can often cause constriction as the cords lengthen.

Only a little. Too much will worsen your voice, but not attempting will cause future strains to be more noticeable
