What Netflix's Documentary Didn't Tell You

  • In this video, I am going to review the Netflix documentary “You Are What You Eat” and expose its flaws…
If you truly want to thrive, make meat and organs the center of your diet. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt
I find these documentaries very misleading and confusing for people…
When we look at the details, the study was poorly designed and the results did not favor many of the claims corroborated by the athours…
There is plenty of evidence suggesting that removing animal foods from your diet will rob you of many ESSENTIAL nutrients for optimal health…
Radical health depends on many UNIQUE nutrients exclusevely found in animal foods…
If you truly care about your health and the health of the planet, eating more regeneratively raised beef is key…
Meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey and raw dairy are the most nutrient dense foods for humans…
These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…
It's easy to find quality animal-based foods almost anywhere...
    It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

As a pretty strict vegan for 18 years, to have now gone to the other end of the spectrum and been regeneratively raising/grazing and eating my own cattle, and having free range chickens for eggs for the last 4 years... I can tell ya first hand which option I look and feel best on. And, ironically I'm more vegan now than when I was 'vegan' in terms of harm reduction, ethics and sustainability. I have a masters degree in environmental science and work in that industry. Was happy to keep evolving in my learning and unbrainwash myself ahead of this propaganda saturation that is clearly agenda driven and not in our best interests. It's never too late.

As a farmer for more than 45 years I can say Bullocks to 50 years to get soil back, I use leaf matter and plant waste in my compost and it takes 1 year to improve the soil. I live in Florida and the humus in the soil , basically sand for 100 foot down, gets burned off in just a few years, so you must constantly amend the soil to hold any nutrients there for the next crop. You may have a residual carry over of a year or so on some micronutrients but nitrogen is the first to be lost.
All of us who were living during the back to the land movement in the 60's and 70's know this is the truth. Rodale and Mitler proved this was so and that fact has not changed. organic gardening and Mother Earth were our bibles and we ignored the AG boys because we KNEW their practices caused the dustbowl when farmers used them in the mid west. Most of that was because they told folks to plow down the prairies and they should have left it grass. Fallow can be for as little as two years to get a green crop to turn under to regenerate the soil.
Just Because You CAN Does Not Mean You SHOULD.
Also most farmers leave a wildlife edge in the field rows for the wildlife because we need the birds, snakes, and bees as well as the foxes and coons and other critters to keep the area vibrant. You always do more than you need cuz the critters get some of it. The government hates us all and wants us dead so Bill Gates and his cronies in the WEF can have it all and have a few slaves around.

Wow! Thanks for a balanced perspective. As a professional chef and food writer (retired), I raised our kids on breast milk (laughingly, I taught my 2-year old how to use a bottle so he could drink water when in the car!) and home-cooked food with large portions as both were boys. I taught them to cook, and in turn, they have taught their kids. Now in our late 70s, my husband and I are healthy, and not obese. Our mid-40s sons and wives plus their kids are slender. Make real food, every day, of all varieties…saves a lot of $$ too! 😊

That is because they did not promote diversity in the planting and the older rotational methods farmers used for centuries, they pushed fertilizing the dog shit out of the land with chemicals. the salts in the fertilizers built up and salted the land so it was dust, no worms or nothing. Look at a bag of fertilizer in the store and see the salts in the mix. It works as a side dressing but it kills the soil in mass when it s over used. Small farms were small for a reason, it worked for years and was not on the tits of the government.

I think the argument about agricultural production for livestock is based on how cows will eat around 10 times more than the average human per day while demand sets the number of cattle in the United States at around 80 million head. It just requires more crop production for something that in turn releases methane..and therefore is likely worse for the environment than certain alternatives, like a population that eats less fast food burgers for example.

Great stuff here, Paul S. Been only peripherally following you, i.e., occasional reads, since some interviews w/ Dr. Mercola a ways back. So forgive that, and this question if you've dealt w/it to any extent already: Great arguments about the ecological merits of regenerative ag. vs. monoculture/feedlot beef, etc., but have you looked into the B.S factor (IMHO, as well as others') regarding climate science (anthropomorphic global warming) and the whole phony propaganda program around CO2. I can't help but think you are well informed in this area, whether or not you have taken a public position, but then again I'm ignorant of your position, so I ask. Great work tho, here and in general, and I'll say you have influenced my thinking on diet/metabolism/health. Mostly in terms of increasing confidence in already held outlook.

Dr. Saladino, do you have any info about torus mandibular? My 50 yo son has it pretty severe. He just showed me, he's had it for about 10 yrs now. I suspect the protein drinks he drank all through his college years when he did not have time to cook for himself, are to blame. Any help, or suggestion, or discussion would be highly appreciated.

When will people realize and actually admit that doing what is right on this planet doesn’t always put money in your pocket. And that gaining the world and losing your own soul is hardly worth it. We are all going to die here so do what is right and make this journey what it was meant to be. ❤️

Paul please help. I drink a lot of raw milk about 2 pints a day. Am I at risk of anaemia? Is eat a lot of beef, some port (woodland), true free range chicken. I use milk as my carbs as fruit doesn’t feel great and besides I’m norther latitudes so they don’t make much sense unless it’s summer. Could the milk be making me weak with anaemia? I digest it very well but I’m exhausted for about a year now.

You leave also the fact that the vegans had:
-Extended chromosomes (which indicates life expansion) where the omnivores chromosome lengths stay the same
    - the fat around the organs of the vegans was lower
    - inflammation was lower and stayed low for a longer period
    - sex drive was higher
    - and some other findings at the end of the series in episode 4
I really like your mindset and lifestyle 💪 I also eat now mainly meat, fruits, dairy and sometimes vegetables. But I see you did not say anything about those findings. I am especially interested in the chromosome findings

Hi Paul, I am trying my best to conform to this diet in my country (Mexico) and it is very very difficult to source raw milk, grass fed beef and other carnivore md approved foods. I asked one source of grass fed beef about their animals diets and this was their response....
In Mexico it means it freely grazes in areas where GRASS and TREES that I mentioned on the previous email are present, of course along with weeds that the cows ignore and which we battle with, without pesticides, THEY EAT GRASS as well as leaves from the TREES listed on previous email: HUAXIN, RAMON and TAMARIND. We do not bulldoze and "flatten" the land to plant only one grass variety like in the USA, first due the fact that our region is blessed with beneficial and nutritious trees that are edible for the cattle's rumen, and second because they provide shade under these conditions to our cattle as they roam freely.
Is this sufficient? Is this problematic?
Also is freezing raw milk, raw butter, and organic fruit juice O.K.? This is my only option as there are no local sources and I have to order in bulk and have it air shipped.
