At first this video was about a young Tyrannosaurus, but then a separate genus Nanotyrannus was identified, and since this tyrannosaurus was modeled on the skeleton of Nanotyrannus, the video was renamed.
your content is so criminally underrated! your dinos just look so great, its honestly inspiring seeing the amount of passion and work you put into making these. i'm glad i was able to discover your content. amazing job!

Well, u certanly got a HUGE talent! But i gotta a question, this mini leaves made of real leaves will not get fungus over time? And if not, could you tell me how to avoid it? Thanks!
The leaves are oven-dried after cutting, then completely covered with PVA glue. Herbariums are stored for decades. I am sure if you do not wet the diorama, they will last for many years.
@@baronvonclay Thanks, i ve already made things with buyed plants, moss, rocks, gravels and stuff, even baked, some get fungus along the way, but maybe de PVA glue helps to preserve them. But to the honest your diorama is with the best leaves ive seen for years, they really looks great and realistic, i hope you get the recognition you deserve, great work!
I don't even know how to answer I have many tools, half of them homemade. This is mainly because they are expensive. Here is a link for you to understand what you need: ua-cam.com/video/7MT-zYpPCGg/v-deo.html
Thank you for handing me the key to go from F to S tier in my dioramas Your Plant work is masterful, I don’t have any floral wire but I’m ordering some just to try this! Strangely I have the rest of the mixture for the ferns.
You can use any setting powder. Gypsum allows the product to maintain its shape, but it makes it fragile. The main thing is to find a balance. You need to experiment.
The more I watch your content, the less I understand why you have so little likes and subscribers. UA-cam really has to push you, everybody who's into dioramas and sculpting needs to see your content. It's so addictive and makes me want to try doing siimilar stuff~
@@baronvonclay That's a shame, but totally understandable (I lack time myself, life is getting in the way any chance it gets). I still hope the algorythm at least suggests your videos more to people who search for diorama stuff and maybe someone big will mention you thanks to your fern method. That might be a big stepping stone at some point. ^^
Plaster, mud, PVA glue, and acrylic paint. I made the small plants using the same method as the ferns. I applied a mixture of paint, PVA and plaster to the tape (or better yet, to a silicone mat), and when it hardened, I glued the painted wire.
I placed a metal tube on a wooden handle. I squeezed the tube a little to give it an elongated shape. And I sharpened the edges of the tube a little. Ready.
Sorry! Now i watch it fully. I only have seen the final part. Awesome work 😍. I come from Spain! It would be possible contact you to order ferns and equisetum?
I'm sorry, but I have to say that: "It is T. rex, not T-rex!" and the dinosaur sculpt reminds me more a guvenile allosauroid than a young Tyrannosaurus (besides hands). This is for science accuracy, not for the final result: the diorama is awesome.
www.dailyherald.com/submitted/20170619/t-rex-was-the-king-of-chomp Young Tyrannosaurs also had keratin protrusions in front of their eyes. what they were caet and size we can only guess. I wanted to do so. I did not look for what young allosaurs looked like.
@@baronvonclay Yes. The article has some mistakes, but yes, Tyrannosaurus had keratine protrusions ON their eyes, but the shape of the head and the protrusions reminds more and allosauroid, trust me (I'm not joking with you).
At first this video was about a young Tyrannosaurus, but then a separate genus Nanotyrannus was identified, and since this tyrannosaurus was modeled on the skeleton of Nanotyrannus, the video was renamed.
Nanotyrannus isn't a valid genus anymore and that study is questionable.
The amount of talent and creativity in these projects is next level!
Thanks!
Following his parent's footsteps. Awesome
I think that the juvenile Tyrannosaurus was already independent.
Great job!!!😍 Very funny moment with the eyes😂😂👍Everything is very beautiful!! And the hands that do it too😊..but a little unkempt😁😁
The music is very well chosen!! Especially where the production of plants and at the end!!👍👍

Incredible level of skill and details!!! Love it! 😊
Fantastic work. Never seen anything like it. Particularly surprised by the way you made the plants.
Thanks for the kind words🙃
@@baronvonclay It's my pleasure
I can't even imagie how many hours you spent on this. Very impressed with the horsetails and ferns too!
Wonderful. I have no more words 😮

This is the Best Trex diorama I've ever seen! But still, where is Spino?
Spino in planning stage😁

Amazing work, the details are great!
Thanks to. The details were the most interesting for me.
I love your contents!!
Thanks Priyanku!)))
3rd video in and really impressed. The dinosaurs are great but it's your diorama groundwork that's on another level - please do some more tutorials!
I'll definitely do it. But unfortunately I have very little free time.
Amazing work brother and great talent 👏 may I ask what is that powder u mixed with glue and color to make those plants? They look stunning 😍
Thank you for the kind words. The powder that I mix with paint and glue is just plaster.

This one is a real beauty. Nice job on the dinosaur!
Some amazing tips and ideas here. Great job.
Wow. Stunning!
Ty!
how do you make the eyes they look really good!
These are drops of epoxy resin painted on the back. I dripped it on a glossy surface and waited for it to harden.

What materials did u use to make the base? Btw this is the best T.rex diorama I have ever watched. Hats off to ur efforts
polystyrene
@@baronvonclay and what did u use to make the land?
Dry soil, plaster, PVA glue, acrylic paint. And little bit of debris to create texture.
Hi Baron von Clay what tools do you use?
Hi Der. What specifically interests you?
I'm interested in the tool you use to make the figures.

Well, just going to echo the sentiments here and say this is amazing work. Could you please tell me what type of clay you use?
Thank you. I use Fimo professionall, but I actively experiment. not everything suits me. Too soft.

Yes

@@baronvonclay thanks, I’ll see if plaster of Paris works, I got an upcoming video and I’ll let you know
What is the name of the device you use to make the dry leaves? Can you buy such a device somewhere or can you make it yourself?
I made it from improvised means. Metal tube, wooden handle. He bent the tube into a tedious shape, fixed it on the handle, sharpened it.
