- This is a video of a sandwich I made for breakfast.
I usually have a brunch-like breakfast after I finish my chores, but this time I decided to make some sandwiches.
The final yogurt cream and maple sandwich is especially recommended for days when you want to pamper yourself.
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, so I think you'll be able to eat it in no time.
I recently purchased an ice maker to freeze espresso. The bottom is made of silicone, which makes it easy to remove the ice. I highly recommend it.
Also, I've been asked a lot about cutting boards lately, but I've forgotten what manufacturer they are.
I'll check next time I buy it at the store.

いろいろなバリエーションのサンドイッチ、美味しそうで、じっくり見ました❤外で食べなくても、こんなおしゃれなサンドイッチできるなら、試してみようと思いました。いつもキッチングッズが素敵で、憧れます。
今回も美味しそうな朝食サンドイッチメニュー満載で楽しませていただきました。朝食が豪華だと一日のモチベーションが上がりますね。
丸ごとゆで卵と自家製マヨネーズの食べ応えのあるサンド、スパイスたっぷりのアイスチャイ、かりかりベーコンとシンプルなポテトサラダのサンド、オリーブオイルの風味豊かな茄子にフレッシュなトマトとチーズのサンド、そして、バター染み染みのチーズヨーグルトクリームサンドのメープルシロップがけ。全部食べてみたいです。コーヒーを凍らせて、ミルクで融かしながらいただくアイスミルクコーヒーもいいアイデアですね。次回も期待しています。
I watched the video and noticed the Equal Coffee Filter featured in the latter half. It looks truly beautiful when you use it. How does the coffee taste? Te he visto hacer mayonesa y me gustaría recomendarte que probaras a hacer Allioli, es similar a la mayonesa pero de ajo y de España, la elaboración es muy similar a la mayonesa, se coloca un diente de Ajo, aceite y huevo y se bate hasta lograr una textura similar a la mayonesa, lo que creo que no se añade la yema del huevo solo la clara,hay gente que le agrega un poco de leche, suele ser tipo de la comunidad Valenciana pero hay otras comunidades autónomas que también lo comen. El nombre de Allioli significa Ajo y aceite. Un saludo!

What song is playing at the beginning?😊
In the 1980s (I am from Chicago) my father would take me to Kamehachi Restaurant in Old Town and YaNaSe Restaurant on 818 N State Street. I didn't remember them serving bread for the carbs. It was customarily rice or noodles. I think it is very beautiful to see the Japanese use bread in the 2024 time. In Old Town Chicago I went to elementary school there. There was a Buddhist Temple a couple of blocks from the school. My father lived near my school and the Buddhist Temple and I lived several blocks west. But I attended school with the son of one of the families that ran the Temple. They housed multiple family quarters on the Temple grounds. Me and another student from elementary school would sometimes go to his house and play Atari or Nintendo not sure which one it was. During the Old Town Art Fair the Buddhist Temple would serve Teriyaki Chicken. Me and that same friend who would visit the Japanese student to play video games would really eat a lot of Teriyaki Chicken at the Old Town Art Fair. That Temple was/is an icon of Chicago. Though it is not my religion I am very appreciative and fond of the experience & memories of the Temple, the peace when passing by their grounds after school, etc. & the 2 Japanese young men in my class in elementary school. My respect to those 2 old friends, you, your family, and your people. Thank you for sharing your vids.

丁寧な暮らしに憧れるものの、雑な生活をしている自分なもので（外食やデリバリも多い）出来ることから変えていきたいなと思っています。いつもスマホでながら見しているからか、本が出ていることを今知ったので本に書いてあったらすみません。今Amazonで本を買ったところです。
お皿はシンプルにサタルニアか、作家さんのものが多いです。山本拓也さんという方のをとても愛用しています。手作りマヨネーズは日持ちしません。私は2日で食べ切っています。
