About 10 years ago I was fired for having a little bit of a breakdown on the job and got into an argument with my manager. I'm now filling out a job application for a job I really want. What do you recommend I say for my reason for leaving?
I am instrumentation engineer, pass in 2017 batch, I worked in automation field for 1 year as programmer , company fired me as I didn't complete task on time . Now I am searching job but in every interview interviewer asked me "why you left your previous job?? " Plz suggest me proper reason..
Hi sir, I really need your help now because I have got an email and they asked me 20 questions but one of few questions is confusing me please sir help me I am writing that question below WHAT WOULD YOU IN UNCERTAIN SITUATIONS: SUCH AS DISAGREEMENT, WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, OR HOW TO HANDLE AN IRATE CUSTOMER? PLEASE HELP ME, SIR, YES I am telling you my real uncertain situation in my last job, I was working at my computer in store one of my staff came from the MALL to take his stuff of perfumes but when he saw there were no price tags he told me what are your store staff doing? I told him It will be done within an hour then he started abusing that I have to wait for an hour and started abusing so I left my store and computer that lower staff is abusing me it means I am nothing I went to my room I said I will not do this job after all my Boss phoned me to come to the office I went and He told me you are the senior respectable Store In-charge you can not leave us and then he gave fine of some dollars to that staff but after all I forgave that staff and I requested my Boss not to give him any fine of dollars. this is the real should I write in my answer or please you tell me sir
Perfect timing Don. It won't be long until I'll have to answer that question. But what about CV or cover letter? Is it wise to write about reasons for leaving my past job in my CV or cover letter? (for example - want to advance my career and get the opportunity to learn more advanced stuff, want to specialise in XY field, which wasn't possible at my previous job, stuff like that)
I left the first job because I was desperate to change jobs and what I learned was no such opportunity to hire me
sounds like a good learning experience
Great vedio
"Making the hard decision" doesn't answer the question. I've tried to keep it brief. People are going to believe what they want to believe.
if someone left the job within 1 year then... is this answer applicable for 1 year experienced..
Great advise helpful
Glad you think so!

@@IK-qu9hw you actually answered that for yourself. You were fired because "you didn't finish your work on time." Don't give out anymore than that.
Thanks I love your advise!
