I go back to this page to remind myself you helped me get my build going, finally started it up
Awesome! Congrats!!
Nice setup
Hell yes dude! This was super interesting to watch, since I'll be swapping an aluminum 5.3 also with a Elgin Sloppy Stage 2 cam into my '89 notch.. in North Van! Will have to link up at some point, would love to see this car in person as inspiration for my irritatingly slow build progress.
Awesome! Thanks, sure I'll see ya around

Hey what headed did you go with
Perfect this is the build I’m going for except I wanna twin charge my fox body
Excellent 👍
Hey man love the video. Was wondering what hoses you were planning to run for the power steering pump planning on this swap in the future. Thanks!
Thanks! I am going to use a stock pump on driver side, hoping for a stock hose setup! We will see
@@WestcoastWrenchin can’t wait to see it man! Ty

What motor mounts do you have. Just wondering how the engine sat in terms of stock hood clearance. Thanks. Nice build congrats on a clean swap. Looks nice
Aje mounts, clearance is great
I’m nervous to start my build, I’ve got an 86 notch and found a great deal on a 6.0 and a 4l80e. I’m going to have to upgrade to an 8.8 or 9 inch obviously, but just how much modding and fabbing really goes into stuffing that all into the foxes?
It's all what you make of it I suppose, this build has been very straightforward from my point of view. It's nearly a bolt in thing these days. I haven't got to the 80e yet, but thinking making the stock shifter work will be a challenge
Were you able to reuse the timing chain cover when you got rid of VVT?
Yes
hey did you get the "AJE-30 BBC SBC LS1 engine mounts"?
I would think so, they came with the car so I'm not 100% on PN but I think they only offer one ls mount
You canadian bro? 🇨🇦
What automatic transmission did you use. And what fuel system works?
4l80e for transmission. Fuel system is stock tank with corvette fpr, in tank aem 340

What is the k member and what is it for?
The k member is what holds the engine in the car
