All great views! Not as great, but still mighty, is the Ivy Hill neighborhood!
I agree! It was hard to narrow it down to 5
Big advantage of living in Claremont Hills is after the Oakland Firestorm of 1991, roads were widened with firelanes, native plants re-introduced with fewer tall trees, new fire stations built, fire resistant materials used when rebuilding, etc. so fire insurance is quite reasonable. It is getting impossible in some places now in California to get affordable homeowners insurance.
Thanks for watching and for pointing that out!
Those really are some stunning views. Wow.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed them. It was a fun video to make!
Thanks for the video! Very useful content
Thanks for watching!
Hi... Can you define which is the safest area for muslims in bay area?
Hello! That’s a tough question for me to answer concisely without additional context. If you want to send me a text or email, I’d be happy to discuss it with you.
What a bizarre question. If you are being actually serious it would help to know your country of origin, assuming you will find it safer to be surrounded by people like yourself. But what’s the point of living in the Bay Area if you are shy about ethnic / religious diversity.
