I love those 84s! I have a few in my collection: a gorgeous early 70s Climber Small, Salesman, 2 Golfers, Sportsman, Tourist, a couple waiters, and a mod Cadet X with original 84mm scissors. For general pocket carry you can't beat the 84s. Thanks for another fun and informative video! Your delivery makes it feel like I'm hanging out with a buddy who loves Swiss Army Knifes as much as I do. Oh, and if you bought that Artisan on the big auction site recently, I was bidding against you. 😄
Even a badly broken Golfer has some value in parts thanks to that heavy square phillips driver. That model works so well with the Leatherman square hex bit adapter 👍
I do like the 84 m.m knives. Especially Wengers. My E.D.C is a Wenger Traveller or a Vic tourist. When I'm in a minamalist mood It's the Bantam..Iam trawling the flea markets for a small Tinker.
I had no idea there was ever an 84mm version of what we now call the Camper. I would LOVE to have an 84mm Camper. I've been thinking about buying a Tourist and a Walker and trying to find someone I could commission to make me one.
It’s hard to get the old style springs. They basically only sell the modern versions so without being able to buy them it’s worth the $5-10 to let them do it.
My advice is be persistent, and look at stuff even if it’s advertised as 91mm. Many laymen don’t know the difference between. Some of my best finds, including the Huntsman Small, were not listed correctly.
This video was just a major flex!! 😂😂😂😂
Flashing them 84mm scissors in our faces!!
Incredible collection! Congratulations!!

Do you know where I can get a scissor Spring for a vintage 84 mm Victorinox?
Tks.
I would just send it to Victorinox.

Just for a spring?

Have been hunting for a Huntsman Small for over a year now. It is IMPOSSIBLE!

Ok god is watching: supertinker, pioneer x or compact? I’d edc the sh*t out of that 1920’s with the micarta scales
It would be nice for Victorinox to have "special editions" that bring back old discontinued models instead of freakish "off-white"
Totally agree 👍
