I am loving the vlog style lately. Something about the cutting board clips is so soothing. You seem happy and it radiates through you and these vids :) keep em coming
First of all thank you for coming back on UA-cam and secondly thank you for showing a normal version of what UA-cam should be I feel like people do too much and you’re content is amazing and you’re so genuine
i cannot express the love i have for this girl right here, i have watched her since her very first video and always knew she would become a lovely and strong young woman. thank you for coming back to youtube and giving us motivations like this
Love these vlogs Maddi!! Also would love to see some more cooking videos :) I'd love to know more about your process when it comes to cooking, i.e.: where do you get your inspiration for meals from? How do you go grocery shopping (always with a specific list in mind or winging it)??
Always inspired to get into the kitchen after watching your videos! Also anchovies always just add that special depth of flavor without being overpowering or fishy. My husband is so grossed out by them but I cook them in dishes all the time and he has no idea. 💀
Coffee Bean sells their matcha powder and it is amazing! It taste great & super easy to make. I prefer oat milk but any milk or even water is fine. It’s called Matcha Green Tea Shizuoka Powder for lattes.
I studied culinary arts and I can say that your cooking is wonderful and has motivated me to not give up even in these trying times in the industry. Thank you ❤️
your vids have inspired me so much, i’ve already roasted a chicken this week and made the chicken soup with it today! i also served the roast chicken with leeks and aoli like you made. dumplings are next on my list! keep it up and thanks so much for the inspiration ❤️
Hi!!! Just wanted to give a tip for the matcha! I think the problem is that you didn’t add any sweetener! Matcha is naturally very bitter so you need to offset the bitterness with sweetness! I personally use liquid Splenda bc it’s super easy and I like the taste but you could also do simple syrup or actual sugar if you prefer but u definitely have to use a good amount of whatever sweetening medium you choose!
What's your experience of cooking with long manicured nails? I'm always afraid of messing my nails while cooking and sometimes when I cut vegetables, I accidentally cut on my manicured nails. Do u have any tips for that? Gorgeous video as always. Love u, Maddi.
I love your videos so much and they really make me feel like calm and comfortable. 💕💕 Note: I’ve found matcha tastes gross without a sweetener no matter what. So just a small amount depending on your taste.
I’ve been watching you since you started UA-cam and we have the same birthday and I just wanted to say I love you so much and I am SO proud of you that’s all❤️
you could move up the couch a lil bit and put a nice round table with chairs or a tiny seat or something there, it looks nice to sit by that beautiful window
i tip for the matcha- don't use super hot boiling water because it makes the matcha bitter... green tea is very fragile and can't be heated past a certain temp i think 112 degrees fahrenheit but i might be wrong it might be less than that
I’d klick on the thumbs up button a second time if I could! You’re videos are so inspiring I’m still so happy that u’re back on UA-cam! Are you still working as a chef?
Maddi would you say your bed frame is pretty low to the floor? I was looking at the Soft Frame website and I'm super intrigued about the bed frames, but I don't want to buy if it's going to feel like I'm practically lying on the floor lol
it depends on the height of your box spring and mattress! I got a 9" box spring and then my mattress is 13" so I don't feel too close to the ground at all!

such a random question but what type of nikes are the black and white ones all the way on the left on the second row from the top? They're so cute!
The room being clean is so satisfying honestly
best feeling in the world ✨

so excited to make the dressing and the herby orzo!!
Where is your olive green top from? Your style inspires me so much
it's from set active but sadly they don't make it anymore :(

I wish I had the motivation to cook as much from scratch as you girl 🤣 I make my meals in about 5 minutes HAHAHAHA
for the green goddess dressing- do you have a vegetarian recommendation for subsituting the anchovies?
i would just leave them out
Ur house is beautiful!!! Can’t wait for the house tour 😍😌 can you also do a jewellery collection video? Ur pieces are rly cool 👉👈
Boiling water ruins Matcha! Adding a little a bit of whichever sweetener you choose makes all the difference as well!!! 😇
Love the style of your videos x
Maybe a silly request but would you show how you get ready when you go tennis or out (like hair, make up etc)??
Love u and ur videos❤️
Try Briogeo Don’t despair repair for your dry hair🧡🧡
I love that you made dumplings and bok choy 🥲🥟
add mint to your orzo salad! It is a wonderful addition ❤️
Just wanna let you know that you’re looking better 🥺💚
About the matcha, add brown sugar and vanilla! Vanilla really smooths out the sharpness of the matcha
I hope you try this next time 🥰🥰

Maddi would you say your bed frame is pretty low to the floor? I was looking at the Soft Frame website and I'm super intrigued about the bed frames, but I don't want to buy if it's going to feel like I'm practically lying on the floor lol
it depends on the height of your box spring and mattress! I got a 9" box spring and then my mattress is 13" so I don't feel too close to the ground at all!
