No need to calculate contribution and fixed cost for 2 nd year?
Thank you madam for your valuable subject, but here I have a doubt there may be formulas are changed comparing with previous problems, like contribution formula and p/v ratio formula, fixed cost formula all those are changed, if you don't mind will you give responmadam

in caluclation of fixed cost why you take 15000 (for finding profit)only? why dont take 23000

First sum.
If we sell 880000 units for 30 selling price. We get a revenue of 26400000. Bep revenue is 480000. So profit will be not 200000.
The units have to be 22667 approx to get a revenue of 680000. Profit of 200000.
Can someone explain.
880000 is in Rs not in units
