because bank overdraft was not given that's ma'am directly took current liabilities.. if it is given it has to be subtracted otherwise take the amount directly.

In the book economics for engineers by Partha Chatterjee page no 98, it is written that
Quick ratio= quick asset/ quick liabilities
Quick liabilities= current liabilities - bank overdraft
Any value for bank overdraft is not seen in the video so let take it 0 so when he bank overdraft is 0 then
Quick ratio = quick asset / current liabilities

Mam third one absolute liquid ratio is also satisfying because it is half of the quick liabilities means it is 0.33 almost half of the one so it is it also satisfying now

HI ma'am, in many text books and CA inter module, quick ratio formula is given as
Quick ratio = Quick Assets / Current Liabilities
&
Absolute Liquidity ratio = Cash and bank balance + Marketable securities / Current Liabilities

Current liabilities- are the liabilities which we are suppose to repay within one year. Reserves, surplus are long term i.e. it is not necessary to pay in one year.
The same case with debentures also
