Miss these old Powerdrift videos. The editing in the them were phenomenal, So were the riders.
Guys, all the noise over the top adds nothing and makes it unwatchable. Really annoying.
I think people didn't have proper headphones or speakers when they watched this video, I didn't face any issues in audio. Yeah it wasn't perfect, you guys have improved a lot and now it's really fascinating to watch your videos, but I liked this one too. Considering your first review upload, no complaints :) Keep 'em coming! #PDArmy
2019 still here 😭
Test drove a 2013 Ninja 650. The first thing I noticed is that it was extremely comfortable. The sound is pleasing. The torque is pleasing. Much better and more practical around town than my Ninja 300 or Z1000. On the Ninja 300 you might shift 2-3 times between stop lights. On the 650 you might not need to shift at all. The seat is plush compared to the 300 or Z1000.

***** Sorry man. I'm in the USA. I only drove a 650 once. Wish I would have bought it. Have a 2013 Z1000 now but it's too intense for everyday riding. Good luck!
***** Last month I got mine for 5.54L on-road(Includes zero-dep insurance) in New Delhi.
***** Fortunately the bike was available at dealer's another showroom. I paid them full amount and they delivered me bike within an hour. AFAIK these days delivery period are less than a week or two in metro cities. Last year when I inquired about bike they asked me 40k as upfront payment for booking and booking period would be 25-30 days.
Booked mine today! Had gone with a mindset to book the 300 and came out after booking the 650! PowerDrift :)

hey man i got my 2012 650 in green on friday it was delivered from the shop to my house today and its my first bike, i went out and rode it, i rode a yamaha vstar 1100 before this bike once, it handles like a dream in comparison, its a bit torquey but it is a dream man i hope you get one
Brilliant video Power Drift! I own '12 N650 & I remember I used to watch the old Ninja 650 PTR video over and over again. All points were covered well & really nice cornering shots! Well Done guys!!

Very good video compilation, i like the look and feel of this bike review. I always would be prefer the ones done by the "Top Gear" cause in some way i felt their videos edit were superior and supreme in most ways. i would rate this right up there, Kudos good job guys.. Slow motions capture was amazing...

Great Job Guys as Usual, Loved the starting Sequence, Atlast its there, though in PTR it use to change everytime!! About technical stuff, Great camera work, Amazing Camera shot at 2:48 to 2:52, Must be a tough shot :P

Just Like The New Ninja, Even PD, Has refined all the rough edges of the Old Version!

I've always loved the content you guys are pushing out. However, the bike reviews could do with a lot less background music and a lot more of the exhaust note and the general tune of the bike.
Secondly, when you flash names of the reviewer or a guest, please let the text hang in there for a while because it is impossible to read a person's name in two seconds.

If I had to chose between the ninja 650 and the Honda cbr 650F, Which One shuld I go for?
We have already laid our opinion on both those bikes in our reviews. Ride the Ninja650 and the CBR650F and choose one which suits you best :)

First of all thumbs up ....Nice review, was a little less informative ,i guess that would be cause most of the technical specs were in sync with the old Ninja 650.

Can you please clarify what exactly is the "old version" next to it? My 2012 looks more like the 2013 than that that other thing. That looks more like a pre 2k model
exactly... thought the same... saw old and new side by side... and black tank pad was something absent on old one.

ninja 650 is an amazing art of speed and comfort but we would like to review benelli 600i and ninja 650 to know which one is better. Cant wait to watch that..

guys how would you compare this to the ninja 300 in terms of comfort,smoothness(gear shifting wise)....since there is a difference of about a 1.30L is it better just going for the ninja 650?
+4dualshock Very different to begin with! The 650 is a tourer & has different gearing ratios.

Kawasaki needs to learn how to space their headlights apart. The new 600 and 1000 are good though

as a sport tourer does ds bike gives proper long distance comfort ..even if we are travelling in high altitudes and some off road ? plz rply
+Nitesh Panthwal light offroad at slower speeds is okay, even on the stock tires. Some people have even used it as sort of a big dual sport by equipping it with 50/50 tires and replacing its fairings with a bash plate. For long distance, I personally find it much better to sit on for 2-3 hours straight than any of the "racy" 250 bikes (except the Inazuma).

+Sneden Gonsalves you can try the Akrapovic full system or the Leo Vince GP pro. Do check the sound note online before getting it replaced though.
Hi power drift, saw your video and planning to buy one pretty soon. Had few questions in mind. Is there any 2015 model expected like with different colours and will installing a after market slip on void my warranty coz the dealer said it would. Both er6f and er6n are good options but their exhaust note is not that good and z800 is bit costly. It would be great to hear from you.
Harry ADS The international model has some cosmetic changes and India will get it likely. An aftermarket will definitely void your warranty. A parallel twin won't give you an inline four sound or feeling. Wait for Benelli to price their products!

A typical powertotherider err sorry powerDrift review, good job done again guys but between 3:30 to 3:40 there were some occurences where the audio wasn't very clear.Other than that its very good

I THINK THE HYOSUNG GT650R is an better option. Better looks, more power,larger fuel tank and cheaper than ninja 650. What else one can expect?

Dear, sagar sir, i am a fan of you nd ur videos, i am 6ft 4 inches tall, planning to buy a bike. But the problem is my knees does not fit on bikes like cbr250 or ninja 300. Is ninja 650 for tall riders? There is a problem of gear shifting on those mentioned bikes cause my toe always bend towards the ground cs my legs are very tall. Pls help me what kind of bike should i buy??

+PowerDrift , no sir.. As i told u before, my leg is not fitting in ninja 300. There is lot of problems in shifting gears and breaking, i always hv to bring my toe upwards to access the paddles. For that reason i am looking for a big bike. I hv a cbr250 but always i hv to seat backwards for a comfortable ride.

Comfortable riding position, easy to maintain, and value for money.
I have the 2015 Ninja here in Arizona and from what I have heard from most of the dealers, there isn't going to be an upgrade for another 2 years. But even after more than a year of commuting in high speed traffic, I am in awe of the comfort and agility it provides.
