It could be interesting changing the main entrance to a different place, since usually ambulance patients wouldnt got through the same entrance and corridors as normal patients
It does seem a little bit off that people are shopping in the gift shop whilst a stream of victims (I mean prospective patients) are dragged in right next to them!
I feel like you should name the guy in the gift shop or in the pharmacy as Chubby Panda, so you can still be in the game. I think the gift shop would be better, so we could theorize that you are selling chubby panda merch.

If you're comfortable editing the game files (the tweakable file which contains most of the game settings is a text file) you can uninstall the 6 insurance companies mod and enable all 8 insurance companies at once. If you've got a powerful PC - having all 8 running at once can drastically increase the number of patients that come through the hospital.
Pharmarcy is too small, also patients who leave in the night (do you have night clinics??) cannot buy medications, so hire a night pharmcist. Remove the ambulance parking that you can't use and expand into there. Build a administerative office for janitors and you can dispense with dept specific janitors. Please just build Histology lab and you can do additional tests that keep doctors from diagnosing efficiently.
Not an expert here, but I know that in A/C filters often are bacteria and viruses. Blowing them into an open body could be very dangerous I assume. Thus I think you should remove the AC from the surgery.
@@ChubbyPandaGGM I asked Perplexity AI and it says that the ACs in surgeries are a thing and they have special filters and technologies to ensure high air purity, perfect humidity and temperature levels ect. 's all good, man! 👍

I should probably actually build out my ICU soon haha, just the one bed and a skeleton crew at the moment!

Yep sure is! They're unavailable on patients who aren't hospitalized though!
